NordPass Business Pricing Overview

NordPass Business is easy to deploy, from integrating SSO with Azure AD (Entra ID) to provisioning users and groups, you can be up and running within 15 minutes.

Being able to centrally deploy the Browser extension from GPO policies, with support for all major browsers, makes it easy to ensure that users have the software available to them when they receive their invite e-mail.

The browser extension is fast and detects more autofill opportunities than competitors, which means my users are more likely to use the software daily compared to the previous solution which they found cumbersome.

Customer Service was excellent with a response to an initial question about syncing groups being answered within minutes of sending the e-mail. They have extensive guides on getting setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At the moment there is nothing to dislike about NordPass Business, from initial contact about a demo/pricing, running a trial, buying licenses and implementing the product there are only positives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The encryption, strong password generation, data breach scanning and notices, multi-device sync, secured item sharing, interface, Great pricing, there are really great features overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The browser(s) plugin and local Windows client Master Password ReAuth cycle and timing flaws... If we don't set the "Keep Extension Unlocked" feature within the business team Admin panel settings, every time a user closes a web browser where the plugin is deployed or the machine locks, the user has to ReAuth their Master Password to NordPass. This is an all-or-nothing sort of setting that is not functional for the users when it's set to be most secure but to make the system functional for users (similar to the way Dashlane, for instance, works) we have to set the 'Keep Extension unlocked' setting and a timing for when we want it to require ReAuth can be set to the lowest by the users.

There is no Admin setting that manages the Master Pass ReAuth for the Windows Nordpass client, so if you want to use it, every time your workstation locks, upon login, you have to Reauthorize the local client with the Master Pass.

These both need immediate redesign to be changed to a more workable functionality that will allow the Nordpass business team Admin the ability to set a reasonable functional but still secure Master Pass ReAuth cycle so that the program's physical security is kept in mind while balancing the user functionality.

If this isn't fixed and made more functional/secure it will be the reason we leave and pay more for Dashlane. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
