The customer support is very reactive and the use of the Discord channel is very lean.
The developers work now primarily with the NoCode-X eco-system, qdn this on a day to day frequency, and I notice faster delivery and a considerable reduction in our cloud cost. Our customers is supported and the fact no extra cost per user for the use is a big advantage also for us compared to the other lowcode platforms we assessed. Initially, we opted for the on-premises solution, which turned out to be a poor choice for us due to the lack of an infrastructure team. Switching to the SaaS solution resolved this issue, but clearer guidance on when to choose on-premises would be helpful (e.g., "only when absolutely necessary").
Developers initially struggled to locate certain functionalities, but this is expected with any new development environment.
