The software lacks so many basic accounting features. It like the people who designed this have never worked in accounting and just wanted it to 'look pretty'. Technical support doesn't act on anything. You present a problem, and they either ignore your ticket entirely, or just say "we'll look into it." Or three weeks go by, and you ask them about the issue again to get the same response of "we'll look into it." So many issues still unresolvd and they just don't care. They make changes to your reports and configuration without permission or request, the daily import is constantly broken. The website is so slow and constantly throws errors at you. I think the UI is very nice looking. It is very user friendly because the graphics are eye appealing. They also are integrated with plaid banking which adds ease of use to the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not all banks are enabled through plaid to work. You have to do a lot of items manually that I believe it could be done automatically through the night audit reporting. The reports seem to be a bit buggy and not as nice looking as other aspects of the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
