Nikabot also provides reports and analytics which helps to improve time management. ### 2. Nikabot helps us organize and track to improve overall productivity. ### 3. The user interface is clean and well designed, with useful filters and sorting methods. The Slack integration is very handy, as it means that employees can log hours without having to visit the website. When entering hours for a certain project, there are logical blocks of time automatically suggested, such as "4h" or "8h". **What do you dislike about Nikabot?** The web interface can be quite slow to work with, especially when loading up pages with lots of employees featured. To be very nitpicky - at first it can be hard to use the "Roles" filter because "Everyone" is listed as if it's a role, but it actually selects or deselects all roles; something labelled "Select All" would make more sense. **Recommendations to others considering Nikabot:** Set up Slack or Teams integration straight away, and make it very compelling for employees to respond promptly. **What problems is Nikabot solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps the business better understand how much time is being dedicated to specific projects and initiatives. It allows employees to be more transparent about their workload. Data can also be exported out of the Nikabot platform for further analysis. ### 5. Our goal is to gain greater visibility about how many hours of each person's time are spent per product line. Nikabot prompts our team members each day to enter time spent on each product line, using a simple and friendly interface. Reporting tools are well-designed and simple, with the ability to export out team and project data into csv files when needed. **What do you dislike about Nikabot?** Nikabot is a plug-in for Slack, so we had to set up Slack teams for every employee, even if they're not using Slack as a collaboration tool. Slack manages the login credentials for Nikabot users, so we've had some confusion from team members about where to go to enter time. If they're using the Slack desktop client, the daily reminders are pretty straightforward. But it is frustrating to some users that they have to wait until the end of the day or next morning to record time for that day. **Recommendations to others considering Nikabot:** Nikabot is a great project time tracking tool if your teams are already using Slack. A bit more effort if not. No options for real time reporting throughout the day. Reporting must be done at the end of the day or some time later. Simple to use and not too administration-heavy. **What problems is Nikabot solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've been using Nikabot for over a year now and it has given us better visibility into understanding the actual project time that is being consumed to support our various product lines. This data helps us more accurately understand the costs and profitability of each of our lines, allowing us to make better business decisions. ### 6.
