What do you like best about NGNCloudComm?

I feel that NGNCloudComm is a smaller company, I can get whomever I need on the phone, whether that is a sales person for a demo or engineers/developers when I have issues.

When I am asked, "can we do this specific task in NGNCloudComm", the answer is yes. With other products, I feel you are locked in to their box and limited to their tools. NGNCloudComm seems to be able to do it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NGNCloudComm?

Their documentation is lacking. They have a ton of productive features in the product, but they are slow to release documentation for the new features as they are created. There is room for improvement here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about NGNCloudComm?

NGNCloudComm is a diamond in the rough. The included features and functionality are second to none. Most "modern" systems do not include things like Contact Center scripting, etc. but NGNCloudComm does! NGNCloudComm has arguably the best outbound dialer on the market, with a fantastic predictive algorithm and legal compliance modes. The inbound channel capabilities are competent and easy to use, and the blending among channels works flawlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NGNCloudComm?

A couple of the modules are currently being updated to web based versions. I am okay with application-based items, but I know that most individuals prefer a web-based experience. That said, the work being done to migrate to web applications across the platform is incredible and happening quickly.

NGN customer focus, while providing a solid contact center product that works seamlessly, has been instrumental in making our company more productive. The administration and ease of use makes it convenient to deploy and manage. We have found that when we need help or customer service, they are quick to respond and resolve any issues or concerns. What do you like best about NGNCloudComm?

The team at NGN cloud are always accessible and timely on responses. They take the time to walk you through processes and follow-up to see how things are going. Always friendly and will always make time to address your questions or concerns.

What do you dislike about NGNCloudComm?

NGN Cloud has some really good reports. One recommendation is to allow the Admin users to customize the data that they want to pull, rather than have to go through NGN Cloud to make adjustments to canned reports. What do you like best about NGNCloudComm?

Working with NGNCloudComm has been one of the best experiences we have ever had. Their suite of services are far superior to anything that I have seen. However, my favorite part of working with NGNCloucomm is the level of customer service. Time after time, they have gone above and beyond. This team works harder than anyone I have ever met to ensure that our systems work optimally and that every last one of our needs is met. If we are ever experiencing any issues, I know my solution is only one phone call away. If you ever want something added to their software or to one of their applications, all you have to do is submit a feature request. The NGNCloudComm team works very fast to accommodate any request. We have put in several feature requests and have never been disappointed. The level of dedication to customer service the NGNCloudComm team has is simply unheard of. What do you like best about NGNCloudComm?

NGN's focus is on the customer first. When other vendors were unable to meet business requirements, Grupo was able to meet the needs and provide the level of support needed for the project. The application is fairly simple to Administer and very simple from a user perspective. NGN's level of support and customer satisfaction exceeds any other vendor I have previously worked with in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NGNCloudComm?

Local installs of the application and prerequisites on local machines can sometimes be time-consuming and provide inconsistent results across environments. Upgrading and updates can be "finicky".
