**What do you like best about NGNCloudComm?**

I feel that NGNCloudComm is a smaller company, I can get whomever I need on the phone, whether that is a sales person for a demo or engineers/developers when I have issues.

When I am asked, "can we do this specific task in NGNCloudComm", the answer is yes. With other products, I feel you are locked in to their box and limited to their tools. NGNCloudComm seems to be able to do it all.

**What do you dislike about NGNCloudComm?**

Their documentation is lacking. They have a ton of productive features in the product, but they are slow to release documentation for the new features as they are created. There is room for improvement here.

**What problems is NGNCloudComm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been using NGNCloudComm's product now for over 10 years. At first, we were mostly an outbound call center making tens of thousands of calls per week. As time has gone on, we have grown and added tens of thousands of inbound calls per week to our business. Their product has handled this load just fine. Over the years, we have had different managers come up with unique ideas to better handle the business complexities; Each time an idea has come up, we have always been able to apply thier idea using the NGNCloudComm product.

**What do you like best about NGNCloudComm?**

NGNCloudComm is a diamond in the rough.  The included features and functionality are second to none.  Most "modern" systems do not include things like Contact Center scripting, etc. but NGNCloudComm does!  NGNCloudComm has arguably the best outbound dialer on the market, with a fantastic predictive algorithm and legal compliance modes.  The inbound channel capabilities are competent and easy to use, and the blending among channels works flawlessly.

**What do you dislike about NGNCloudComm?**

A couple of the modules are currently being updated to web based versions.  I am okay with application-based items, but I know that most individuals prefer a web-based experience.  That said, the work being done to migrate to web applications across the platform is incredible and happening quickly.

Update: 5/17/2023 - one of the major modules is now web based in the latest version.

**What problems is NGNCloudComm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NGNCloudComm is a complete turnkey contact center solution.  As a BPO, it isn't easy to find a prepackaged solution that solves all of our needs. However, NGNCloudComm delivers on our needs and has functionality left over that we're not currently using in our daily business needs (yet).  NGNCloudComm is a solid solution in the Contact Center space.  NGNCloudComm and GrupoNGN can cover all of the modern contact center needs.

**What do you like best about NGNCloudComm?**

NGN customer focus, while providing a solid contact center product that works seamlessly, has been instrumental in making our company more productive.  The administration and ease of use makes it convenient to deploy and manage.  We have found that when we need help or customer service, they are quick to respond and resolve any issues or concerns.  We would recommend NGNCloud.

**What do you dislike about NGNCloudComm?**

We havet any issues yet, so nothing we dislike currently

**What problems is NGNCloudComm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to migrate from our traditional in house PBX to a cloud solution.  NGN product has been easy to deploy and provides the features and functionality that we needed.  Also, we gained features that weren't possible on our old platform, such s SMS, chat and detailed reporting.

**What do you like best about NGNCloudComm?**

NGNCloudComm provides a great suite of services at a reasonable cost. With its seamless integration capabilities and robust features, GrupoNGN's predictive dialer revolutionizes outbound calling campaigns, maximizing agent utilization while ensuring optimal customer engagement.

The GrupoNGN team works very closely with us to understand our business processes, providing thoughtful solutions as well as quick support when needed.

**What do you dislike about NGNCloudComm?**

There are no real downsides. Great team, great product features and roadmap, good pricing model and overall excellent support.

**What problems is NGNCloudComm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NGNCloudcomm provides services such as inbound and outbound phone channel integrations. The system is flexible, allowing customizations and integrations as needed for client needs. Its intelligent algorithms and advanced analytics empower businesses to achieve unprecedented efficiency and productivity.

**What do you like best about NGNCloudComm?**

The team at NGN cloud are always accessible and timely on responses. They take the time to walk you through processes and follow-up to see how things are going. Always friendly and will always make time to address your questions or concerns.
Also like the ability to adjust skillset levels for users. This allows us to play to an individual's strength and helps resolve calls timely. Like this feature!

**What do you dislike about NGNCloudComm?**

NGN Cloud has some really good reports. One recommendation is to allow the Admin users to customize the data that they want to pull, rather than have to go through NGN Cloud to make adjustments to canned reports. However, NGN Cloud is timely on getting whatever changes are needed.

**What problems is NGNCloudComm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NGN Cloud is helping us manage our phone queues quickly and gives us good information on our KPIs. By adding in skillsets, we are able to answer and resolve calls quickly and effectively.

NGNCloudComm staff are available when you need them.  They listen to your comments and suggestions and execute results in a timely manner.  Customizable for your contact center needs with endless possibilities.  Ease of use combined with proven results, speaks for itself.

**What do you dislike about NGNCloudComm?**

Currently, have not had any issues with the product or the service.

Inbound, Outbound Contact Center Solution.  Time savings.  Ease of Custom Configuration.  Savings overall.

NGNCloudComm offers an incredibly versatile system to conduct business and manage operations.  In addition, anytime there is an issue, they have always been helpful in resolving any issues and educating on how to avoid those going forward, if not taking action on their end to prevent further issues.

**What do you dislike about NGNCloudComm?**

Initially accessing some of the features could be made easier.  However, once you have accessed what you need, it becomes simple going forward.

**What problems is NGNCloudComm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are continuing to improve their peripheral services, like emailing and SMS.  This is making it easier for our team by streamlining processes.

**What do you like best about NGNCloudComm?**

Working with NGNCloudComm has been one of the best experiences we have ever had. Their suite of services are far superior to anything that I have seen. However, my favorite part of working with NGNCloucomm is the level of customer service. Time after time, they have gone above and beyond. This team works harder than anyone I have ever met to ensure that our systems work optimally and that every last one of our needs is met. If we are ever experiencing any issues, I know my solution is only one phone call away. If you ever want something added to their software or to one of their applications, all you have to do is submit a feature request. The NGNCloudComm team works very fast to accommodate any request. We have put in several feature requests and have never been disappointed. The level of dedication to customer service the NGNCloudComm team has is simply unheard of. You won't find this kind of experience anywhere else.

**What do you dislike about NGNCloudComm?**

We have worked with NGNCloudComm for a few years now. I can honestly say that I have nothing I dislike.

I love the Omni channel. It allows us to take advantage of Voice, Chat, Text & Email altogether.

its very simple to use and easy to learn with in no time and helping in the BPO sector to work effectively to the client's requirements as per their need of contracts.

in groupo there is nothing to dis like but at some point of time it just keep freezing and not responding for few moments and then it will start working as it was.

**What do you like best about NGNCloudComm?**

NGN's focus is on the customer first. When other vendors were unable to meet business requirements, Grupo was able to meet the needs and provide the level of support needed for the project.  The application is fairly simple to Administer and very simple from a user perspective.  NGN's level of support and customer satisfaction exceeds any other vendor I have previously worked with in the past.

**What do you dislike about NGNCloudComm?**

Local installs of the application and prerequisites on local machines can sometimes be time-consuming and provide inconsistent results across environments.  Upgrading and updates can be "finicky".  But the support staff is there 100% of the time to walk through and assist the entire way.

**What problems is NGNCloudComm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have looked at other auto-dialers in the past, but NGN was able to meet our auto-dialer business requirements and do that well before our deadline. They helped us move our old Telephony in their cloud environment and set us up with Auto Dialer Capabilities in a seamless way that others could not.

**What do you like best about NGNCloudComm?**

NGNCloudComm has allowed us to condense communication channels into a singular solution all while allowing us to work with the Grupo team on customizing back-end features specific to our business needs.  Also, the removal of our old physical phones provides efficiency to our agents and streamlines our operations.  As mentioned, we love the product, but the customer service team and support have been exceptional.  Always attentive and available when needed most, we have been able to collaborate with Grupo and implement new processes based on their superb understanding and experience in contact centers, both small and large.

**What do you dislike about NGNCloudComm?**

Nothing to dislike yet, but will update you if this becomes relevant.

**What problems is NGNCloudComm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The one solution and single point of contact have allowed us to save money by offloading unneeded applications and streamlining both back-end and operational processes.

Customization options available according to the company's requirements, help an organization to get better results. We can get so many types of data and integrations options with GrupoNGN which is not available in most of the contact center solutions.

I am using this for many years and I don't see any downside.

The Omni channel, where we can use Voice, Chat, Text & Email altogether. Also, It has capabilities to integrate with any type of CRM which has API available to extract the data.

The real-time visual allows my Supervisors to provide on-the-spot coaching and or praise our Representatives on a job well done.

Any items we have come across so far that have been brought to NGNInsights attention have been addressed.

The Agent Gamification Transactions screen needed a better workflow on how to read the coin/point deposit, coin/point withdrawal, and coin/point balance.

**What do you like best about NGNCloudComm?**

NGNCloudComm exceeds our needs and requirements as a large healthcare company in reaching out to our member base.

**What do you dislike about NGNCloudComm?**

There are no downsides, we recently upgraded our entire premise Telecommunications platform to another cloud service provider, and we opted to stay with NGN for our predictive dialer functionality because the new vendor could not support or meet our requirements.

**What problems is NGNCloudComm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We just recently upgraded and moved our trunking onto NGN's SIP environment allowing us to move off of the old legacy TDM service provider resulting in significant savings.

I used this product for over 20 years and was always able to use it as a competitive edge over other BPOs.  No product is as flexible, scalable, and manageable in-house than this solution!

I have no dislikes when it comes to NGNCloudComm.

There really is no limit to what you can do.  Any client goal/need can be accomplished with this solution, and a big differentiator from competing products is that it can be done quickly and often at no cost.
