NGNCloudComm works for us

I feel that NGNCloudComm is a smaller company, I can get whomever I need on the phone, whether that is a sales person for a demo or engineers/developers when I have issues. When I am asked, "can we do this specific task in NGNCloudComm", the answer is yes. With other products, I feel you are locked in to their box and limited to their tools. NGNCloudComm seems to be able to do it all.
