Our pricing is per user per year with decreasing per-user pricing at larger scale. Nextcloud Enterprise gives customers an enterprise product, designed for reliability at scale. Customers have access to early security and bug fixes and Nextcloud Enterprise includes a subscription to our services with access to unlimited support and optional consulting and custom development. These are only available to customers.

Pricing information for Nextcloud is supplied by the software provider or retrieved from publicly accessible pricing materials. Final cost negotiations to purchase Nextcloud must be conducted with the seller.

What do you like best about Nextcloud?

What I appreciate most about Nextcloud is the control and transparency it gives over data. Unlike many cloud providers, it allows full ownership of files while offering the same smooth collaboration features—file sharing, calendar, chat, and video meetings—all in one platform. Its open-source nature makes it highly customizable and secure, and the integration with on-premise storage is seamless. What do you dislike about Nextcloud?

Although Nextcloud is an excellent platform, its initial setup and configuration can be a bit complex for non-technical users. Performance may vary depending on the server environment, and updates sometimes require manual attention to avoid compatibility issues with plugins.
