In addition, the news coverage is MUCH better. I never realized how much news coverage was missed with Meltwater. All of the news info is in the newsletter, so I do not have to click to see if the article is relevant, and I can clip and save any videos directly from their platform, unlike Meltwater. Best of all is the excellent customer service I receive. I wasted a year of subscription with Meltwater before they finally assigned me to someone who actually got my newsletter going, and they never provided any compensation for that wasted year. As soon as I began my subscription, News Exposure was up and running, with very little fine-tuning. **What do you dislike about News Exposure?** Haven't found anything yet. Setup has been easy and customer support is excellent. **Recommendations to others considering News Exposure:** Do your research on all available platforms.
