I greatly appreciate the incredible response time from the team at News Exposure. Their dedication to understanding my specific request and acting on it immediately was truly commendable. I also value the personalized assistance provided by Connor, who was instrumental in retrieving an old news segment from 2012 that held sentimental value for my family. The fact that they made this possible at an affordable price is another aspect I found very satisfying. The overall experience was excellent, with the team showing a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering results that exceeded my expectations. This dedication and efficiency are why I am extremely happy with the video clip they provided.

**What do you like best about News Exposure?**

This service has been incredible. The turnaround process is so fast. Every time I've used it, I've received the video the same day. The communication is easy and straightforward and it's such an easy process. It's really easy to download the video as soon as you receive it. I specifically worked with Connor each time. He was so fast to respond to e-mail and recently went above and beyond to remedy a situation that was out of both of our control. Could not recommend him or the service more. I will definitely be using the service again.

Every time I've used this has been seamless and perfect. There is nothing to dislike.

News stations don't always post links to videos on companies/people/nonprofits they highlight, so this is such an easy way to make sure you have access to that video.

My family felt a loss because the links to the news stories were no longer active. These were very special b/c it was the day my son came home from the hospital on Valentines Day 2011 after being sick in the NICU for over 4 months. By finding these clips it was like we got a piece of our history back! And now my son as an 11-year old can see the clips, he had never seen them before.

I work with Chris Lamoureaux almost every week and he is extremely friendly and responsive. He also remains proactive by sharing clip samples that feature my clients that I'm not even aware of!

The turnaround time for clips is always quick and the media files are always clear.  I also appreciate that News Exposure is willing to bring costs down if you are a frequent user or are downloading in bulk.

I highly recommend working with News Exposure if you work with clients that are frequently featured on broadcast and radio.

What I like most about News Exposure is our client relations manager, Craig Travitz, who makes the experience extremely easy. Since our account is used for many clients, the urgency to retrieve clips or adjust the account is crucial and Craig is always there to graciously step in when we need help.

**What do you dislike about News Exposure?**

The only downside I'v experienced so far was finding coverage in radio platforms. However, we recently ran into an urgent client request which our client relations manager, Craig Travitz was able to go above and beyond to assist with. I do wish there was a more productive way to gather smaller radio mentions.

If you need a service to track your media mentions across the internet and via broadcast channels, this is a very viable option. News Exposure provides invaluable information for any organization to be able to determine if they are communicating their mission and brand promise in the manner they intend. It is invaluable.

**What do you like best about News Exposure?**

This is a personalized service so I don't have to delete a lot of unnecessary articles as I had to do with Meltwater. In addition, the news coverage is MUCH better. I never realized how much news coverage was missed with Meltwater. All of the news info is in the newsletter, so I do not have to click to see if the article is relevant, and I can clip and save any videos directly from their platform, unlike Meltwater. Best of all is the excellent customer service I receive. I wasted a year of subscription with Meltwater before they finally assigned me to someone who actually got my newsletter going, and they never provided any compensation for that wasted year. As soon as I began my subscription, News Exposure was up and running, with very little fine-tuning.

Haven't found anything yet. Setup has been easy and customer support is excellent.

**Recommendations to others considering News Exposure:**

Do your research on all available platforms. You may find a cheaper service, but the coverage and customer satisfaction will not be as good.

Not wasting staff time having to click on articles just to find they are irrelevant. With my previous service, I was actually receiving articles with spam ads that mentioned our city and the article had nothing to do with us. More in-depth information on the newsletter and better coverage for less money,

Chris and the entire News Exposure team is AMAZING to work with. I’ve had the pleasure of working with this team for several years. They are always quick with any request while actively being proactive.   Most of the time I do not have to reach out about my client's coverage - they are monitoring for them in the news and send it over immediately! I would highly recommend reaching out to starting working with this world-class team.

News Exposure is extremely helpful in finding news clips for us and sending them to us in a timely fashion. It is amazing the turnaround time. The sound and video are very clear and look great for our clients.

I have nothing to say bad about News Exposure. Mike is very helpful and friendly Plus, he is superfast in answering emails and finding us clips.

As I previously mentioned, TMC has no problems with News Exposure. I am thoroughly impressed with the company's customer service. I request a clip and I get it right away. It allows me to post to the TMC YouTube page right away.

Mary Ann is fabulous and extremely responsive! I get what I need in a timely, efficient manner :-)

I would say the invoicing, which I understand, but would like it say day as the clips I order. I need to organize and sometimes bill the client that day. Also, I wish they had better radio monitoring services - unless I know that something definitely ran, it's not 100% guaranteed that their monitoring will pick it up.

Ease of providing clips at a reasonable price and grabbing broadcast coverage for clients by doing a media monitoring scan.

I love how easy it is to work with Christopher Lamoureaux and his team. They make magic happen. You simply send in a request of what you need and they provide your clip as soon as possible. Sometimes at Superman speed! Chris has been nothing but a pleasure, very attentive and considerate. My team has been working with him for years!

I hate to admit this, but the prices can get steep. However, News Exposure will try to come up with a payment option that works for you. Whether it's a clip package deal or a discounted price, they try to make you happy!

They capture all coverage you would want according to your key words. I've never seen an instance where they somehow missed coverage. They also have great customer service who are there to assist you with whatever you may need. They respond quickly and are always helpful!

Sometimes the clips do not begin at the correct start time, but that is an issue that only happens rarely and can easily be fixed.

News Exposure makes it easy to keep track of your company's mentions in broadcast media no matter when or where in the country that mention takes place. It's also great to get the data along with the video clip (data like audience number, publicity value and more).

I really like the daily reports of where your materials have been seen.  Also really appreciate the customized service.  These folks will get on the phone with you to help anytime.  You don't get that with other clipping services.  I also like that you can request special news gathering in a pinch when you need it on deadline!

**What do you dislike about News Exposure?**

Occasionally things are missed ... like clips from Univision or Telemundo.  However, if this is the case you just get on the phone to alert your account exec and you will have your missing results usually the same day.  

**Recommendations to others considering News Exposure:**

I have only tried two other monitoring services ... but for the price News Exposure is your best bet! The customer service and quality of media results is amazing.  They are on it!

**What problems is News Exposure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously used Cision for our clipping services.  They were awful BTW.  News Exposure has all your tv clips the very next after they run usually.  They are included in your daily report so everyone can see them.  Very quick response and coverage turnaround.  You guys are great!!!

The News Exposure platform is extremely helpful in monitoring all Skechers broadcast and radio mentions.   Additionally, the staff at News Exposure is willing to provide aide at any time of the day - with quick turnaround.  News Exposure consistently flips requests in lightning speed time to help us meet rush requests.  

**What do you dislike about News Exposure?**

Some clips are unable to play on certain web browsers.  Though News Exposure has assured us that they are working on a fix to this problem.  

**Recommendations to others considering News Exposure:**

We would absolutely recommend News Exposure to companies considering their service.  The efficiency of the platform and skilled Rolodex of employees are reason enough to utilize their services.

With the many Skechers mentions daily, News Exposures helps ensure we're consistently in the know.  News Exposure guarantees that we are not overlooking any broadcast or radio mentions - something that would be difficult to do organically.

The customer service is the very best! Craig and his team are always available to help my team find what we need.

Not much. The system interface can be a bit slow, but the customer service makes up for it.

Great product.

We are able to track media and digital coverage of our clients effectively - not just in our market, but other markets. We can customize reports. News Exposure truly picks  up what happens in Hawaii. I've tried other services (Meltwater) and not only does the product stink and is useless for Hawaii coverage, but the customer service there was abysmal.

I have had the pleasure of working with Mary Ann and the team for over 2 years.  They are focused on customer service which is refreshing! My clips are delivered quickly and it’s an easy, seamless process.  I highly recommend them!

No complaints other than the cost is high for me as a smaller business owner. Also, sometimes the intro clip makes the segment too long and choppy.

News Exposure provides me with clips from my monthly tv segments which enables me to post them on Social Media which I rely on to grow my business.

**What do you like best about News Exposure?**

News Exposure is a great platform for media monitoring.  It gives you accurate reporting and a captures all of my clients coverage.  I have used competitors products and they just don't compare to News Exposure.

We are very pleased with the service, I can't think of anything we don't like.

I would highly recommend News Exposure - it's easy to use, reliable and their customer service is excellent.

I am on a PR professional and my clients rely on monitoring to track all their coverage.  News Exposure is easy to use, offers great reporting and you can download any clips you want to use on your web site or social media.

No complaints. Can't say that I have any dislikes. They are always so helpful and get the job done.

It's great for monitoring day-to-day news, especially with broadcast. It's also fairly priced.

Quick service / fast turnaround for all requests. I rely on viewing news broadcasts on demand. Great HD quality. Looks just like it was broadcast.

I have no complaints. Any issues I have brought to their attention have been resolved faster than I ever expected.

They can find me anything I need.  The video is always great quality.  They always have great customer service in terms getting what I need, when i need it.  I've always had great relationship with these guys, they're really quick in replying and never disappoint.

I have no complaints using News Exposure.  They're always reliable and professional.

Yes, I would recommend this orginixation to anyone that uses video.  They probably have a better back log of viceo than we do! You will not be disappointed in using this service.  It's a great application for anyone in the TV business.

They help us in providing video content for our guests that have been on our show.  It saves us so much time with finding things that are like a needle in a haystack.

Software provide clips for clients that would normally take hours for us to clip on our regular DVR system. Having News Exposure provides us with all the clips we would need across different stations. Our clients appreciate when we can send clips ASAP with downloadable links.

Our contact, Craig Travitz, is extremely responsive. We've used another media monitoring company before but it was not able to pick up stations like KFVE and many Hawaiian key words.
