They said post is premanent and won't be removed. After paying the amount we were checking the guest post a days later and its removed. We chargedback. Don't trust these monkies. **What do you dislike about News Direct?** Scammers. They post articles and remove it after you pay **What problems is News Direct solving and how is that benefiting you?** They refused to send a refund but its not a problem since we chargedback ### 2. They enable us to quickly and effectively distribute news items to relevant wires while also allowing us to target based on keywords or tags. The logo and social media integration is extremely fluid and easy to use. There are convenient features like saving standard boilerplates and multi-org tenancy, plus, more advanced elements related to analytics and reporting that help guide our future release strategy. **What problems is News Direct solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a quick process, so it helps our team meet deadlines or distribute a precise times. ### 3. Very transparent, easy-to-understand flat fee billing as well. **What do you dislike about News Direct?** I honestly have no complaints. I was an early user of the service and have been happy with the product and client service I receive. **What problems is News Direct solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've been able to find a press release distribution service that is made to be flexible. I like that I can send a stand-alone video, or a press release with photo, and there's no unnecessary extra work involved. The platform is very easy for me to use because I'm used to publishing content online so it reminds me of Wordpress with actual distribution capabilities. ### 5. But if you make a mistake, watch out. They will not provide any kind of forgiveness and if they do, they only offer it for a short period of time. **What do you dislike about News Direct?** They seem to be money hungry and their offer of forgiveness for making an honest mistake is taken away if not paid immediately. It's a really disturbing way to treat valued clients. I'd much rather pay more at PR Newswire while getting more coverage anyway. Their client relations is not great at building lasting relationships with the way they do business. I would never recommend this company. **What problems is News Direct solving and how is that benefiting you?** I thought I was saving on budget costs by working with News Direct. I also thought I was getting better customer service. Often you upload a pic and the platform drops it at the end of the press release copy and you have to drag it around (which can sometimes affect formatting - easily fixable but an 'extra thing to do'). **What problems is News Direct solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reach.
