**Describe the project or task NewReputation helped with:**

We have a design business that was unable to rank on the first page of search results. After our initial meeting with their team, NewReputation layed out a very strategic plan to get us where we wanted to be. They set realistic expectations from the start and was able to meet all the requirements.

**What do you like best about NewReputation?**

The communication and collaboration between NewRputation and our team members. They kept us in the loop the entire time and properly explained everything they were doing and how it would benefit us.

**What do you dislike about NewReputation?**

We were able to use a dashboard to monitor the results of the campaign but it was archaic. I think this could have been better so we could easily understand everything on a day to day basis without having to ask.

**What problems is NewReputation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to not only fix our overall website health but generate most customers. We have seen an uptick in traffic and leads and now have been able to capture a significant market share.
