Overall, it's a well rounded, very well thought out platform that absolutely is a bang for the buck! I have tried it and tested it with some of our kids, and we plan to use it much much more frequently in the coming weeks after we've trained it with enough data! As such, the level of support available, quality of information provided, and speed with which problems are resolved is critical. As we work to incorporate Newoaks into our business operations, this support is one of teh key attribute which led us to select Newoaks. As you can see from many of the other reviews, the platform is very comprehensive and easy to use. NewOaks AI is a unique Chatbot creator because it uses AI for the ChatBot you create to interact with your website visitors, customers, and potential customers. They initially have been targetting the use case of people being able to book appointments and meetings using NewOaks ChatBot. However, the use cases are many more. For example, I am more interested in and use it for answering questions that my website visitors have and my online courses students. The NewOaks AI Chatbot is trained by "feeding" it several types of sources including website URLs, pages, and posts; text file input, and breaking up "training text" for fomatted, proper, and more concise response by the bot you build. NewOaks AI allows one to use several AI models including OpenAI and Claude per bot or per workspace basis. They have a few integrations with Google, Twilio, and Facebook, and will be adding as appropriate going forward. Their White-Label feature is super good for agencies. This one allowed me to be able to add contextual information about my brand with lots of variety. Instead of taking days to set up, it took a few hours and I was ready to install the widget on my websites. The one issue I did have was not theirs, but there was a challenge with my Messenger app their support team helped me fix. Ray and the team stayed on top of the problem and ultimately met with me over Zoom to see where the source of the issue was. Within a day after that, problem solved! Since it's still new, there are features I would like to see down the road such as being able to have communication with Instagram messages. My understanding is this is on the way, so I'm patient and ready to see what else they come up with that I can use for my business.
