"Mixed Feelings"

What do you like best about Netsweeper?

With the ability to roll out the software via MSI, we can easily get the software onto all laptops required with minimal slowdown, the users barely know it's there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netsweeper?

There are sometimes bad updates released and we have had numerous falts with the software causing issues with our devices, such as speed issues, however they are keen to rectify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Netsweeper solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a reliable filtering solution where we can have several "groups" of people that are filtered seperatlely. We also needed a system that would work onsite as well as offsite Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use, lightweight application, manageable from the cloud. This means simple filtering wherever our users our, and we're able to administer from anywhere too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netsweeper?

Support can be slow as everything has to be done via a teams meetings, where at times a simple email could have answered your question. No ability to "completely bypass" URLs, if using Netsweepers hosted version, which in some cases is needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
