Netstock support have been very helpful and are quick to respond with any questions or additional information I require. The features most useful to me are the 1. The Dashboard, this provides the health status of my Supply Chain with KPIs across all key areas of focus. Stock Holding, Excess Stock, Fill rate, Stock Outs, Potential Stock Outs, Stock Turns. 2. Orders - Purchase order recommendations feature. 3.Stocking policy change recommendations report.  4. The reports in general are useful to take the necessary action to improve Supply Chain performance. 5. Vendor performance, helps to review rogue vendors where SIFOT is low.
