"Great Base Product - Terrible Service"

What do you like best about NetForum AMS?

The best part about netForum is it's flexibility. The product allows the customer to customize the software to fit their needs. You can easily add custom fields, forms, etc. without any programming knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetForum AMS?

Since the product was purchased by Abila, the product and customer service have greatly diminished. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering NetForum AMS:

While the base software is great, every new upgrade is a total nightmare introducing new issues which never seem to get fixed. Support is truly horrible, which is sad because prior to Abila, support was awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

netFORUM integrates with very little software and requires constant updating to utilize versions that have some flexibility with integration. Additionally overall netForum is a bit outdated as donor database software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
