**What do you like best about Netfiles Data Room?**

It enables us to share files between organizations. Our company work with several CDMOs (essential to any biotech company), and Netfiles is a very secure, easy to use platform to manage our files, share data and maintain confidentiality.

**What do you dislike about Netfiles Data Room?**

Netfiles serves its purpose really well, but finding a way to give read-only access to users might be helpful. But also ensuring that file logs of what is being downloaded and shared is also transparent and visible.

**What problems is Netfiles Data Room solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing files with different levels of access amongst CDMOs , sharing files within the organization, limiting the number of users that are allowed to have access and flexibility to sign up new users per need basis.
