This is especially important because every customer is a different person, and what motivates them to participate changes. Having the real-time data to give feedback on these campaigns is also crucial as it lets us react quicker to any issues good or bad. **What do you dislike about Net Atlantic?** as with any new tool, the user interface was a bit overwhelming at first, but after continued use, the knowledge grew. **What problems is Net Atlantic solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem we are solving is being able to speak on a more personal level with each individual. using their KPIs we are able to create campaigns that reach a more specific audience, increasing our engagement. ### 2.
