**What do you like best about netPark?**

Netpark is a one stop shop software for parking needs.  It inhouse reservations, payment, reporting, key management, eticket, mobile app, and many more.

**What do you dislike about netPark?**

shuttle tracking.  I wish they offer this  feature.

**What problems is netPark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Closing parking tickets and collecting money accurately.

**What do you like best about netPark?**

Software is great and the management system assists in all areas where parking is needed. Convenient access to using credit cards increases traffic flow and adheres to driver safety. The cost is also great because the system pays for itself rather quickly.  The software is compatible with all platforms and the organization of the revenue received was really helpful and reduced paper flow and waste for our company.

**What do you dislike about netPark?**

I dislike the bulkiness of some of the cash/credit pay machines. In small valet areas, this can be a hazard. Maybe customers can use the app to assist with payment to keep traffic controlled and give and accurate ease to organization and book keeping.

**Recommendations to others considering netPark:**

Easy to use and the cost pays for itself really quickly.

**What problems is netPark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benefits include the easiness of the machine. The use of the machine helps drivers quickly move and get parked. This helps to keep traffic flow moving and reduces the amount of incidents.

**What do you like best about netPark?**

The ease the to get all the reports for accounting purposes. All great for creating promo code of discounts.
Ticket open- close, tracking and customer database are very quick and easy to use

**What do you dislike about netPark?**

There are not too many options with promo code when it comes to prepaid bookings. Also, few reports have too much data which may confuse you.

**What problems is netPark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Netpark to track all our parking data. It's like our digital storehouse which has most of the stuff needed to run the business. Rate management gives the option to map different rates for different dates which is really great.
