This allows us to be able to many of the functions that are required by law and operating purposes in one central software. What i also like about the T2 software is that we are allowed to have so many of our employees to have different levels of access to the software. This allows us to all stay on the same page and keep our employees informed. **What do you dislike about T2 Permits & Enforcement?** The main thing that I dislike about the T2 software is that menu bar icons at the top of screen are very small. Because they are so small when you first use the software and are getting used to it, it makes it slower to get your work done because you can't easily see the icons and what they are. Now once you get used to it, it is no longer an issue and you can operate quickly. **Recommendations to others considering T2 Permits & Enforcement:** Just make sure you do research about all the software and where you plan on going in the future. **What problems is T2 Permits & Enforcement solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is the software we use to house all of our permit sales records and who buys each permit. It also helps store the citations that our officers use. Then we are also able to do our first level and second level dispositions from this software. This allows us to also generate the letters we have to mail out. ### 2. It is simple to use and very self explanatory. Not difficult to teach a new person to use. It is also very reliable software. I would recommend it and enjoy using compared to others I have used. **What do you dislike about T2 Permits & Enforcement?** There is actually almost nothing that I dislike. **Recommendations to others considering T2 Permits & Enforcement:** Good to use has to get use to it with a little bit of work. **What problems is T2 Permits & Enforcement solving and how is that benefiting you?** We issue citations on vehicles for it and the program is put on a Motorola handheld and it runs great and doesn't slow the handhelds. So it solve speed and portability issue. ### 3. It is customizable, but not to the degree we would like. **Recommendations to others considering T2 Permits & Enforcement:** Make the time to involve end users when planning implementation. **What problems is T2 Permits & Enforcement solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to manage our paystation, physical permit, and visitor permit services through e-commerce as well as face to face transactions and of course unattended paystations. ### 4.
