**What do you like best about Order.co?**

OrderCo has centralized our purchasing process throughout our company. The platform has allowed our employees to purchased the items they need without with great confidence. Plus our management team has the ability to see, review and approve all purchases in one platform.
The report and payment structure allows our senior management to review spending by department.
Payment is simple and easy.

**What do you dislike about Order.co?**

There is a 2nd step verification process that I would like to see improved. Plus, for new projects that require CAD files and Drawings for vendors needs to be setup for a smoother transition.
Virtual card payments are not being automatically updated on backorders

**What problems is Order.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since we started using the OrderCo platform, our company has increased productivity by over 50%. The entire team can now order products. This allows management to utilize the team in other aspects of the business. Plus, financial controls for the entire process is smoother and a lot easier to monitor.

**What do you like best about Order.co?**

I really appreciate their flexibility and their ability to customize the product to fit our needs. The implementation was extremely easy, and customer support met our unique requirements. Our stores use the platform every day, and it’s super easy to use—if you know how to shop on a webpage, you know how to use Order.co.

**What do you dislike about Order.co?**

Order.co is very through with their product and there isnt much to note about dislikes.

**What problems is Order.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform is able to customize a catalogue for our locations to keep them focused on only ordering what is needed in their stores and not getting lost in the millions of different items available in that category. Also the ability to use the digital Credit Cards has been extremly helpful to increase productivity in our stores as well as keep a strict budget.

**What do you like best about Order.co?**

I love the Order.co platform and the following are some reasons why.  Its easy to upload products into my catalog.  Its fast and easy to search for any product to order it.  I love the new AI feature.  It has really helped me to understand what im ordering, how often im ordering it, and how much the company has spent all year on the product.  I'm learning where i can cut costs and help save my company a lot of money.  I am able to view all of the people who are spending for the company, and what they are spending.  I am able to view all my invoices in one place and pay them with ease.  The platform has made my job a lot less stressful.  Thank you.

**What do you dislike about Order.co?**

There really isn’t much that I dislike about this platform. It can be stressful at times when there’s a two-week delivery window, especially since I’m ordering a lot of things from different vendors.  The products are needed within a few days, but there is nothing in my control after the order is sent.

Order has helped the business solve unexplained orders, unexpected financial problems, and it has helped us build a strong relationship with Order.co and the people who work there.

**What do you like best about Order.co?**

I like that all of my managers have access to Order.co at the correct access level, which allows them to purchase the authorized items necessary for our studio to run effectively across different locations. Budget management is another feature I appreciate. It helps us make decisions when items are out of stock by allowing us to add alternatives or replace items without excessive communication burdens. I also find the platform's communication baseline beneficial. The integration of all our purchases into one platform is seamless, which simplifies our process. I'm also pleased with the support of Order.co’s customer service team, which is there to help if any issues arise with our orders. The setup process was very easy with help from my account manager, and any questions or needs to reset terms have been handled smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Order.co?**

I think that there's still a lot of various reports and ways to get Order.co's set up, especially with the classification codes. Doesn't seem as seamless. But there's also not a lot of options to export reports, or at least I don't see that. Or a lot of the reports seem exhaustive, like it's hard to clean them up. Especially when you've had one administrator leading it for x amount of years, and then you have someone like myself transitioning and you're trying to really read the data and bring it up to date. But because it's so inundated, that part is not as seamless.

**What problems is Order.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Order.co streamlines our ordering process, connecting us with vendors and providing order codes for easy expense tracking. It helps identify purchasing trends and manage resources, improving budget transparency and reducing email clutter with its integrated communication tool.

**What do you like best about Order.co?**

I use Order.co for ordering supplies for my company, and I really like how it makes ordering quick and simple. It simplifies the process by allowing me to avoid digging through multiple websites to track what was ordered, saving me time. The customer service is excellent, handling issues quickly and effectively, which is a huge plus. Tracking orders is also extremely simple, which adds to the ease of use. The initial setup was extremely simple and quick, making it easy to get started with Order.co.

I wish there was an ability to search for past orders using the name of the item ordered so that you can more quickly look up what you need. I feel like the current function is a little clunky.

**What do you like best about Order.co?**

I really appreciate how it organizes my orders and keeps me informed with email notifications about upcoming deliveries. The customer support is excellent—always dependable and quick to respond!

**What do you dislike about Order.co?**

One thing that frustrates me is that I can't edit an order once it's been processed. I also sometimes wish the system would automatically remove products that are out of stock or unavailable, especially on Amazon. However, I do appreciate that these unavailable items remain visible, since they often serve as a useful reference. Another feature I would find helpful is some kind of indicator, like an asterisk, to show which item was the last one I purchased. For instance, when I search My Products for Thermal Laminating Sheets, I usually click through each brand I've ordered before to compare current prices. If there were an asterisk marking the brand I bought most recently, it would save me the time of tracking down which one I previously got at the best price.

**What problems is Order.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Financially, it has helped to streamline outgoing monies from our budgets and helps me to keep up on the status of orders, order issues and pending deliveries.  Order.co also makes my life so easy when a package isn't delivered or tracking info is missing. In my experience, the customer service is the best of the best.

I like Order.co's ability to reorder, which means I don't have to manually re-find each item I want to reorder. This makes it easier for me to manage ordering products for my facility. I also find the centralized accounting feature beneficial for my company. The initial setup of Order.co was easy to handle.

I don't like that order feedback could be better. If a product is out of stock or wasn't delivered, I don't know until I check each item in the order. I should get an email immediately if there's a problem with a product to prevent delays.

I liked how easy it was to order on Order.co. The site was very user-friendly. One of the features I found valuable was that it saved order history and recommended frequently ordered products. This was helpful because if I missed something on my order list, I could just skim over my recent purchases, and it would remind me of something else I needed. The setup on Order.co was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Order.co?**

I didn't have any complaints with Order.co other than a pretty slow delivery rate. I wouldn't get the things I ordered for anywhere from 1 week to 2.

Order.co helps me quickly restock supplies like ink. It's user-friendly with features like saving order history and product recommendations, making ordering efficient.

We had a great experience with the implementation process. The team was incredibly responsive, effiecient and clearly knowledgeable about what our company needed from the start. Any questions or adjustments were handled promptly. Overall a very smooth process and professionally executed.

Downside can sometimes be the order delivery time. For example, for an order placed with multiple vendors, it seems as though an issue with one of the vendors items will hold up the entire order.

**What problems is Order.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We would go to multiple vendor websites to place our supply orders for 12 different locations. Having a catalog available on one website with products available from all of our vendors has been a huge time saver for our supply ordering process.

**What do you like best about Order.co?**

What we like best about Order.co is that it gives us a single, standardized way to manage purchasing across a large network of clinics without creating extra work for frontline teams. It’s easy for our center staff to use, while still giving Finance and Operations strong controls, clear approval workflows, and clean reporting. That combination of simplicity for end users and discipline for the organization is the real value for us.

**What do you dislike about Order.co?**

We see the biggest gaps in reporting, configuration flexibility, and day-to-day usability at scale. The out-of-the-box reporting and analytics are fairly limited for a multi-location healthcare organization, so we still have to do a lot of work outside the system to get the views we need. Approval workflows and budget controls are powerful but not always intuitive to configure for different clinic types, which leads to some manual workarounds. Finally, the catalog/search experience can feel cumbersome when you have a large number of locations, vendors, and items, so it takes a bit more navigation than we’d like for frontline staff.

**What problems is Order.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Order.co is helping us centralize and standardize purchasing across a large, distributed network of pediatric clinics. Before, each center was ordering a bit differently, which made it hard to control spend, enforce preferred vendors, or quickly see what was happening across the footprint. With Order.co, we have a single, consistent process that reduces rogue or ad-hoc purchases and keeps everyone working from the same playbook.

It’s also solving a lot of operational friction between clinics, Finance, and Operations. Consolidated ordering and invoicing reduces manual data entry, chasing down receipts, and one-off approvals. That saves time for our clinic teams and our back-office staff, improves budget adherence, and gives us better visibility into spend by location, category, and vendor so we can negotiate smarter and plan more confidently.

What I like best about my orders is there is a lot of selection for what I need.

**What do you dislike about Order.co?**

The thing I absolutely loathe about Order.co is that they leave you I n the dark if you have a delayed order. They don't tell you if your order is going to be late at all. They wait until you reach out well past the delivery date to tll you that your order is on back order and will be months late, or it needs to be refunded, or it is lost in translation. Not good for business.

They are not solving any problems within their company because they lack communication badly.

I love using Order.co every week for work because everything is already there, and I don't have to enter numbers like I used to on the old system we used. It's easier to order things and requires less looking up. I love that everything is just a click away, and it's easy to look up old orders. The fewer steps I have to take, the better. The initial setup was easy, even though I was worried it might be difficult for me to remember the steps, but it turned out to be very straightforward.

I appreciate the product catalog and budgeting tools in Order.co because they are clear, concise, and easy to use. These features significantly streamline my ordering, inventory, and budgeting processes, which is crucial for maintaining brand standards across a nationwide company and efficiently tracking expenses. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, and Nicole provided excellent assistance during implementation, which made the transition smooth.

I find the support inadequate. This aspect of the service does not meet my expectations and could be significantly improved to enhance the overall user experience.

I wish cancelling orders was easier. The checkout process has recently changed and it hasn't been my favorite update. A lot of the users we have that aren't as well versed with Order.co as I am, they are having a hard time with the new checkout process and the coding piece of it is now hidden, which creates more work for us on the purchasing department side of things. I also wish there was a way to customize the view in the virtual cards tab. I would love to see a date that the card was last used. That would be extremely helpful in end of month reconciliation.

The virtual cards has been life changing for keeping track of subscriptions orders all in one place. Some vendors don't accept AmEx and that is what we have, so virtual cards have helped in that as well.

Order.co is the first procurement platform we have used for our supply purchasing. There was no difficulty in implementation, and it has made purchasing for all our locations from multiple vendors infinitely more efficient. The site is easy to navigate by our staff members with minimal training. The site houses our formularies for all our supply vendors and provides reporting and tracking information. We use the site twice monthly for all locations to request their supplies. If an issue occurs it is easy to contact customer support through the site, or I can email our Customer Success Manager.

**What do you dislike about Order.co?**

It is not a major concern, but because we are a group of 27 dental offices instead of a regular business that is not healthcare, it does change that fact that items cannot be substituted and if our requests do not get processed  in a timely manner it can have a major effect on the business and proper patient care.

Order.co has solved the issue we had for creating efficiency for ordering supplies from multiple vendors. We once had to place all separate orders and now it can done with just one consolidated request. It has also solved the issue for making each one of our locations aware of what they are spending in each request so they can better monitor their budget.
It has also benefitted us because we can now use a formulary of all "approved products" as opposed to allowing our staff to have full access to each vendor's full catalog of products, so it eliminates "shopping" by the staff and thereby reduces company expense.

**What do you like best about Order.co?**

Order.co is very useful for my needs, and I'm highly appreciative of their quick-to-respond support whenever needed. I like that I can add products at my discretion and that they ship them out efficiently, sometimes even receiving products on the same day of order. The product's ability to substitute items that are out of stock is a significant advantage. Additionally, the initial setup of Order.co was quite easy, which adds to the overall positive experience. I would recommend Order.co, rating it nine out of ten.

**What do you dislike about Order.co?**

Sometimes the communication when we send out to the distro email isn't as quick as we would like. But for the most part, they're good.

**What problems is Order.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Order.co very useful in quickly responding to our needs. It ensures timely product delivery, substitutes out-of-stock items, and allows adding and receiving products as needed, sometimes even on the same day.

The ability to add multiple vendors to our employees' ordering options, while also restricting them to specific items from each vendor, is a great feature. This helps us manage our spending and ensures that only approved items are ordered for each location.

**What do you dislike about Order.co?**

Overall, it's quite good, though the user interface isn't always the best.

**What problems is Order.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software allowed us to consolidate a lot of our spend from multiple vendors, credit cards, and expense reports to a single platform. This allows us to have better insight into spending at each location and ensures they are ordering items that meet our standards for use in the business.

I appreciate how Order.co significantly streamlines booking tasks by utilizing a purchasing catalog. This feature ensures that purchasing is more efficient by allowing only catalog-approved products to be purchased, simplifying decision-making and reducing errors. I also value the considerable amount of time it saves me on the bookkeeping side, as it provides exceptional visibility into monthly purchases. This transparency helps me keep track of expenses more effectively.

**What do you dislike about Order.co?**

The cost/pricing of Order.co is a bit high, and it does not save us $1,500 per month, which is disappointing. Additionally, the amount we are charged each month is a concern that I feel needs improvement.

Order.co streamlines my bookkeeping and purchasing, saving time with a catalog that limits purchases to listed items. It offers visibility on monthly purchases, enhancing expense tracking.

We have 8 labs in 7 states so the ability for all labs to go to one platform that allows us to choose what items they can order has made it easier for us to control spends and ensure all labs are buying the consumables we need them to buy per our ISO 17025 accreditation.

**What do you dislike about Order.co?**

Order.co makes quite a few updates to their platforms without first seeking feedback or opinions from their users and some of the updates has made the user experience worse.

**What problems is Order.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of our biggest problems was the high number of invoices we were receiving from all the vendors we order. With the help of Order.co, they send us one invoice weekly per lab which makes it 100x easier to review invoices and ensure they are being paid on time.

I appreciate how easy and efficient it is to place orders, especially with the ability to use saved items. This really speeds up the entire process.

**What do you dislike about Order.co?**

I find it frustrating to have limited control over the order details and to act as an intermediary for communication with the vendor.

**What problems is Order.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

That's something I never thought of. The biggest befit is handing ordering tasks off to another employee who can easily find previous purchased items. This makes handing off the task to others very simple.
