# What are the top-rated virtual waiting room services for sites facing predictable traffic spikes at on-sale moments?

Queue-it (4.7/5, 160+ reviews) has the largest scale claim in the category, supporting tens of billions of visitors a year across retail and ticketing. Reviewers flag setup complexity though, so budget real time before your first live sale.

CrowdHandler (4.9/5, 35+ reviews) is built around getting live fast, with reviewers pointing to same-day setup and simple branding. For a real on-sale, I’d add recovery behavior to the evaluation. The queue can work perfectly while everything is healthy, but I’d want to know what happens if someone loses connectivity, refreshes accidentally, switches devices, or payment fails after they finally get through. Preserving a legitimate visitor’s place without making the queue easy to game seems just as important as handling the initial traffic spike.
