I have been using Nected for 6 months and I really found it very easy and convenient because it has a very simple interface without any complications. Nected helps in connecting with all types of Database and APIs effortlessly. Comes with different options to conduct the business meeting and helps in building business. It's a scalable business rule engine that makes the workflow easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nected is heading in the right direction but there are still issues coming up in some APIs to get connected otherwise everything is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nected support is really amazing. We tell them about features we are looking for and depending on our needs they expedite it on their roadmap. We asked about adding caching to improve performance on some of the integrations and they released it in a timely manner. We used it as soon as the feature was released, thank you Nected team.

We started off using Nected to help us with some of our pricing rules and that is working well for us. Now we will begin using it for some of our routing rules. The platform allows us to move much faster than if we had to do this in house. One thing that really helps is that on the cloud solution, the urls are automatically set up for us in staging and prod and there is no devops work on our side. This allows us to improve development time and involves less maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some quirks with the UI, but when we ask Nected support about it they address issues promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nected is changing the structure of our incentive payout at Wealthright. Highly client success-focused, their team is an extension more or less of ours, very active in collaborating with us to make sure that we achieve the objectives, always makes good recommendations, etc. It is enabling us to make real time changes to these rules while most of the competition deals with lag of at least days and sometimes weeks. This depth of technology in the platform has been the difference between us to scale and fine-tune our incentive workflows as opposed to our expectations at the start. Nected's modular rule engine and workflow system enables it to create complex payout calculations with no effort. Consequently, it saves about 80% of development effort and shortens the timelines of rollouts by weeks in number. Seamless integration Nected does via API is amazing, even when it’s on-the-fly: from the very first day, they made it pretty seamless to work with their team. We also got ideas; recommendations that added quite a robustness to our business solutioning while making sure that automations are free from errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although understanding the platform for the first time is a bit challenging, a couple of meetings with support and one time integrations done, it was a lot easier for beginners like me to get around and even be able to navigate the interface to iterate the rules and flows. Nected has helped manage and enhance lending workflows. Normally, we work with complicated credit decision-making processes that integrate various lending partners and NBFCs. The flexibility of Nected, along with the feature-rich platform, has made these processes fairly easy. The adaptability of Nected helps us execute complex workflows smoothly, and it provides great ease when using flexible decision-making strategies. Previously, implementing such changes could take weeks of development and technical involvement, but now we can accomplish the same tasks in less than a day. By utilizing Nected’s Macro (Excel-like) functions to handle complex JS conditions, we’ve offloaded what used to be tech-heavy tasks to our business teams, significantly reducing both time and effort. One area that stands out is the team from Nected. Their support ensured we were using the best features of the platform available, adjusting solutions to fit our particular business needs. It has helped us grow faster in areas where we thought too many resources were needed before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The learning curve took some time & a few meetings/discussions. But after that, it was a breeze to use it and now we can use it ourselves without any help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nected is a tool that has allowed me to delegate tasks in a simpler way and that everything remains in an equitable and well-structured job guaranteeing good results. With the integration of third-party tools I can carry out an entire task process on a single platform without having to switch between several applications that only make me confuse data. It is a simple-to-use platform that allows anyone without extensive knowledge to easily use it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has not failed me in its operation or poor customer service performance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nected has completely transformed how we manage and iterate on our workflows and experiments. At BrightChamps, we had several high-impact ideas on the table that were consistently delayed due to tech constraints and bandwidth issues. However, once we started using Nected, these ideas were implemented within a week, something that had been stalled for over two quarters. The flexibility offered by the rule engine and workflow manager, has allowed us to build and iterate quickly without needing dedicated development resources.

What I like the most about Nected is how modular and scalable it is. We reduced our development time by 50%, and the ease with which we can build country-wise payout systems for teachers, complete with incentives and penalties, was impressive. The no-code interface also makes it incredibly easy for non-tech teams to get involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While Nected works seamlessly, there are a few minor usability improvements that could make the user experience even better, particularly in terms of interface design and user guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nected’s support is outstanding. They quickly prioritize and implement feature requests, like adding caching to improve integration performance. We started with pricing rules and are now expanding to routing rules. The platform speeds up development, with automatic URL setups and less devops work, boosting efficiency.
