**What do you like best about Navu?**

I like how helpful Navu is for our customers and how clear it is. We have customers with medical needs, so we need to provide education without crossing into medical advice, and Navu has done that beautifully. I love getting more value because it repurposes our SEO-loaded blogs for education. Navu has reduced our customer service volume by answering questions about compression and helping match people with the right product. It sends customers to medically reviewed blogs if they have a matching condition, which builds trust in our brand. Navu also uses the website information for its answers, and that makes me feel good knowing it's indexing content we've worked hard on.

**What do you dislike about Navu?**

There is a bit of training with Navu but that's to be expected with any AI. The backend is not as intuitive as I'd like, and I wish it was a Shopify app that I could access from my Shopify admin, just to keep everything clean and organized instead of having to bookmark a page. I accidentally created a new account while trying to log into our account once, but once you have the hang of it, it's fine.

**What problems is Navu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navu reduced our customer service volume by helping answer product questions and matching customers with products. It repurposes our SEO-loaded blogs for education, enhancing customer trust and engagement.

**What do you like best about Navu?**

In our experience to date, chatbots have been notoriously challenging to program, then launch. The tech provided by Navu has been super easy to integrate within the site and launch because it ONLY scapes the site. So no one has to program it, create a workflow to show if this, then that - nothing! It just works out of the box.

Customer support has also been incredible. We always get a response within a day, which we deeply appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Navu?**

The backend does have a bit of a learning curve, though it isn't particularly steep. We're also hoping that, in the future, we'll be able to generate reports directly within HubSpot, so we won't have to log in to other platforms. This might be a limitation on HubSpot's side. On a positive note, the Navu team has been quick to incorporate our feedback into their product roadmap, so we're optimistic that this feature will be implemented!

**What problems is Navu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navu has solved one of our biggest pain points: deploying an effective chatbot without the traditional complexity. Unlike other chatbot solutions that require extensive programming, workflow creation, and conditional logic ("if this, then that"), Navu works right out of the box by simply scraping our website content. There's no need for manual programming or complicated setup—it just works.

This has delivered two major benefits for us. First, we've dramatically reduced our time-to-launch. What typically takes weeks or months of configuration happened in a matter of days. Second, the chatbot is already impressing both our existing clients and prospects, helping us deliver better customer experiences immediately.

The exceptional customer support has been another standout benefit. We consistently receive responses within 24 hours, which gives us confidence that we're supported as we scale our use of the platform. Navu has essentially eliminated the technical barriers that previously prevented us from leveraging chatbot technology effectively.

**What do you like best about Navu?**

It's super easy to install which makes life easier. It has a ton of out of the box training/guardrails in place that help create solid outputs users get value from. I have played with other web agents and they take way more training. It's priced really well and delivers 10x the value. The recent releases have made it clear to us that Navu does one thing and is planning on sticking to it, which we like. Customer support has been perfect.

**What do you dislike about Navu?**

I know they are working on this, but I don't like the standard sidebar design. It doesn't complement our site's design. It would be helpful to have a better training interface as well. What's there is just fine, but I would love it to be a touch more user-friendly.

**What problems is Navu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navu helps ensure that engaged visitors don’t fall through the cracks, smooths their journey toward action, equips me with insights to improve our strategy, and is pretty easy to use. We are doubling down on solving the clickless and dark marketing issues AI is creating. Navu is helping us use AI to solve those problems. We also like it because it gives buyers the power, control and ease they need to make decisions.

**What do you like best about Navu?**

Navu's use of language models is a very good way for teams that struggle with maximizing their web properties. It saves time on building FAQ's and it also helps understand where your company has gaps in content areas.

**What do you dislike about Navu?**

It was difficult to understand where to manage the subscription, but support was quick to answer

**What problems is Navu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes customers coming to our website to have a better experience and trust the company more. For our internal teams, it allows us to understand where to focus our content generation efforts.
