**What do you like best about Navix AI?**

I like that it is really purpose built for logistics and shipping, its easy to use and comes with the necessary integrations like schedules, tracking and other common APIs. Overall the performance and speed are great too. Pricing is directly tied to value and outcome, so that gave us comfort in making the switch. And the fact that it is AI first and fully captures the email to invoice journey is really valuable for us a mid market player. Hapy with the support as well.

**What do you dislike about Navix AI?**

They are still working on the CargoWise connection and hoping it to be ready sooner than later

**What problems is Navix AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AI Automation, speed and efficiency.
