The ease of use is really appreciable, as it allows all members of my team to become data analysts without technical skills. I appreciate that Myriade is self-learning on our data, as it learns from everything we teach it and no longer makes small mistakes once it is familiar with the dataset. Moreover, the initial setup was very simple thanks to our technical team. **What do you dislike about Myriade?** It would be great to be able to add external files (like Excel) to complete the analyses! **What problems is Myriade solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can query my data and perform analyses without SQL, which allows everyone on my team to become a data analyst without technical skills. This saves time and allows us to focus on analysis. The "black box" diagnostic is also very useful: unlike a static dashboard, it explains its approach and allows for validation or correction of the analysis as it progresses, which is a real asset. Furthermore, the initial installation was quick and efficient, which I really appreciated. Finally, I also highlight the efficiency and responsiveness of Myriade's customer support. **What do you dislike about Myriade?** Myriade sometimes hallucinates, makes mistakes in the connections, and fails to alert users about the possible limitations of its analyses or certain decisions made by Myriade that could impact the quality of the analysis. For example, Myriade could warn the user about the sample size at the moment a conclusion is drawn, in order to avoid analyses based on samples that are too small. **What problems is Myriade solving and how is that benefiting you?** Myriade solves several problems: speeding up bug detection, eliminating the rigidity of BI tools and data silos related to complex joins, and optimizing the use of our data capital. It also allows business profiles to conduct in-depth analyses.
