I appreciate Myriade for its semantic "magic," which understands our tables and manages complex joins. This saves time and allows us to focus on analysis. The "black box" diagnostic is also very useful: unlike a static dashboard, it explains its approach and allows for validation or correction of the analysis as it progresses, which is a real asset. Furthermore, the initial installation was quick and efficient, which I really appreciated. Finally, I also highlight the efficiency and responsiveness of Myriade's customer support.
