MyKidReports is all-in-one childcare management software for daycares, preschools and early learning centers. It brings enrollment, billing, attendance, daily reports, parent communication and staff scheduling into a single app, so administrators can run every classroom, branch and family record from one dashboard instead of six separate tools. Staff check children in and out digitally, log meals, naps, incidents and milestones, and share photos and updates with parents in real time. Tuition is billed and collected automatically with online payments, so there is no manual invoicing. Parents get their own app for updates, payments and messaging. MyKidReports is free forever for up to 5 children, then $0.99 per child per month. There are no setup fees, no contracts and no per-staff charges. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, and free data migration is included for centers moving from another platform.
