It was adequate, but at times a little convoluted to go through the process. **What do you dislike about MyDocSafe?** I was a very early adopter of MyDocSafe as an AppSumo Lifetime deal purchaser. MyDocSafe killed off this deal in 2022 and abandoned me as a "lifetime" customer, trying to say that they were no longer supporting the product that I purchased, when in fact it was exactly the same thing as the plan they were trying to get me to move to in a subscription format. I wrote a long impassioned email to the CEO Daniel that disagreed with the concept that they were killing the product and in fact were just killing the particular plan I was on. Of course he never wrote back. I wrote again 6 months later, no reply. This isn't the kind of company I want to do business with. There is no honor in selling someone a lifetime deal and getting their early feedback and support only to to have your early upfront purchase be denied. I would strongly avoid this company, its tactics and behavior are disappointing. In 2016 they offered a "lifetime" deal on AppSumo. Now in 2022 they have emailed everybody who supported them and told them the plan is ending. I want to be able to have everything saved in one email and people attach me to document so it’s just one email instead of my work email or personal email. It also has the function of filling out forms One of the positive points to point out is that the document does not suffer distortion when stamping an electronic signature. It has really contributed a lot to the management. That's the primary use I have for it currently, though I do use it occasionally for actual document signing purposes as well. ### 16.
