Doc signing was OK. It was adequate, but at times a little convoluted to go through the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I was a very early adopter of MyDocSafe as an AppSumo Lifetime deal purchaser. MyDocSafe killed off this deal in 2022 and abandoned me as a "lifetime" customer, trying to say that they were no longer supporting the product that I purchased, when in fact it was exactly the same thing as the plan they were trying to get me to move to in a subscription format.
I wrote a long impassioned email to the CEO Daniel that disagreed with the concept that they were killing the product and in fact were just killing the particular plan I was on. Of course he never wrote back. I wrote again 6 months later, no reply.
This isn't the kind of company I want to do business with. There is no honor in selling someone a lifetime deal and getting their early feedback and support only to to have your early upfront purchase be denied.
I would strongly avoid this company, its tactics and behavior are disappointing. There are many other alternatives out there so choose wisely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
