It simplifies the documentation process and saves everything electronically so client records are safe and secure. ### 2. I would not say that anyone likes the software but it does basically what it is supposed to **What do you dislike about myAvatar?** End user's interfaces are all customizable, which makes supporting the software difficult. When an end-user expects something to be in a specific spot and it isn't there, it is challenging to reproduce the issue **What problems is myAvatar solving and how is that benefiting you?** County dictates that we use this software for our client records. It meets the needs without us having to maintain the software. ### 3. You can also search for any forms easily by using keywords or topics. **What do you dislike about myAvatar?** The text is very tiny, and the software often freezes while completing forms for patient charts. Occasionally, the software will not save the progress of a note and require re-entering the information, which is not a great use of the user's time. If someone has a form open for the patient, it will block another clinician from accessing the chart. **What problems is myAvatar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Netsmart myAvatar is a software that brings all aspects of a patient's treatment in one place. I appreciate getting to view the different areas of the patient's care at a click of a button. It allows for a snapshot of the patient's needs rather than needing to seek out staff and ask them. ### 4. Netsmart Avatar **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2023 **What do you like best about myAvatar?** Avatar was a good solution for my organization's behavioral health documentation needs, at the time. **What do you dislike about myAvatar?** Avatar did not fit our needs as our organization expanded services to primary health. **What problems is myAvatar solving and how is that benefiting you?** The adoption of Avatar was our debut into an electronic charting system and away from paper documentation in 2013. This allowed our clinical documentation to be accessed from anywhere. ### 5.
