Uploading documents is probably the best feature. I would not say that anyone likes the software but it does basically what it is supposed to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

End user's interfaces are all customizable, which makes supporting the software difficult. When an end-user expects something to be in a specific spot and it isn't there, it is challenging to reproduce the issue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that you can view all patients/clients from a list without having to know their ID numbers. You can also search for any forms easily by using keywords or topics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The text is very tiny, and the software often freezes while completing forms for patient charts. Occasionally, the software will not save the progress of a note and require re-entering the information, which is not a great use of the user's time. If someone has a form open for the patient, it will block another clinician from accessing the chart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system did crash sometimes and locked you out. That was easily fixed by restarting your computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
