**What do you like best about My Single Point?**

As the name explains, A place where I can handle multiple departments at the same time just by looking at the dashboard.  As an Analyst, it helps me keep track of each department's performance and report the same to our CXOs.In other words, My single point is an effective way to execute any strategy with performance tracking.

**What do you dislike about My Single Point?**

A bit expensive for small businesses and the user management and sharing & access feature is not good as they should be. They should prepare the software by keeping in mind that it can be used by managers as well who are overseas in various departments at a time.

**What problems is My Single Point solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are trying to bring everything to one place which is a lot of help for an executive person and as an analyst, it's very beneficial to me for managing and tracking everything from one place
