It is convenient to upload your receipts almost immediately - especially when travelling. It's just a camera click to upload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MXP by Mobilexpense?

It does not do a good job of intelligent capture for your receipts so most of the time you still need to enter details manually. Especially with hotel receipts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MXP by Mobilexpense?

I`ve been using very often MobileXpense for almost 2 years and I really enjoy it because of the following reasons:

1) Available in different languages: The MobileXpense is available in different languages(both the website and the app). I work in Austria, but I don`t know yet German to the level that I would like to use systems in German, so English is perfect for me.

2) Easy upload of picture/no paper invoices to be kept/delivered: Taking pictures with the phone and attaching the invoices directly is so much easier than it was before when we use to send by post all the invoices, now pictures are enough and can be attached very fast within the app.

3) Automatical upload of expenses when paying with the Company Credit Card: The expenses are automatically uploaded in the app and I just need to adjust the category and take a picture of the invoice - which is very fast with the app on the phone.

4) Easy management of different currencies - I`m travelling to different countries across Europe and also outside Europe and it had always all the countries available with the right currencies;

5) Daily allowance feature which is used by our company helped us issue the reports faster because we don`t need to keep receipts for meals;

6) The approval process is really easy and each associate can track the status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MXP by Mobilexpense?

There`s literally nothing I can complain of while using it even several times a month in some months. The app and website work perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering MXP by Mobilexpense:

MobileXpense dramatically improved our speed of submitting reports, increased reporting tools for travels and ensured our corporate and regulatory compliance. Would highly recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MXP by Mobilexpense solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are couple of key benefits I have observed:

1) Definitely less time needed to submit expenses;

2) Easier use (app facilitates the submission of expenses)

3) Easier to get approved and to track the approvals - I work in the audit department and I see the benefits also for tracking purposes - it`s easier to show the compliance of the expenses and to track what happened during a specific period;

So far, our customer experience has been really good, because we consider ourselves a demanding customer and our needs have always been met; however we may like to review and provide more enhancements to the Web based application and the mobile app, without us having to bear extra costs.
