I really appreciate how Muvi One serves as an all-in-one platform to host, manage, and distribute our video content. What I like most is how everything just works together in one place, so we're not jumping between tools anymore. The integration of AI-powered tasks like subtitles, clips, and metadata makes our workflow faster, simpler, and much easier to scale without adding more effort. This automation removes a lot of manual work, allowing us to go from upload to publish much faster and enabling easy scaling of output without adding complexity. We’ve been using Muvi to build and manage our streaming platform for archival video works. Their team has been highly attentive and responsive throughout the customization and launch process, and we appreciated their willingness to work closely with us to address specific requests. The platform has enabled us to create a structured viewing experience for our audience, which has been especially valuable as a small nonprofit. That said, we did encounter some limitations in the design and UX flexibility, and achieving the level of polish we were hoping for required additional iteration. This is not an exaggeration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Muvi One? I honestly don't know where to start. We have had so many issues using MUVI OTT service trying to implement this for a client of ours. At every turn there has been an issue which our team has to literally hold the dev team at MUVIs hand to fix, if they even can. From uploading our files, to user interface and just a million different issues. I wish I had listened to our dev team to build a custom solution for our client. Has been a year to get the site where it needs to be and it is still terrible. The site is so slow it is painful, we also have an issue when you try to switch pages you get a chrome pop up asking if your sure you want to leave the page, which MUVI is claiming is the default functionality, which is absolutely not the case. our team has even found the line in the code that is causing this and highlighted it to MUVI. Lets see what they do. Further we have been paying for over a year for a site we have been unable to use, and when asked for some sort of compensation they wouldn't budge or compensate.
