It lacks a basic understanding of the country’s law, and the representatives seem clueless, just pushing tickets around. I've had an issue with a tax rebate for five months now, and their only response is that they have pushed the ticket. The staff lacks knowledge of country laws, and they don't resolve issues timely. It's just a payment processing tool, and I'm disappointed with their service. What do you dislike about Multiplier Global Payroll? In 2025, not having an app is noticeable gap, Many tasks would be much easier and quicker on mobile. Multiplier solves the global employment challenge when a company doesn't have a business entity in employee's country. In my case, My US employer closed it's India Pvt. Ltd. entity, so they could no longer legally employ people directly in india. Multiplier acts as the employer of record, taking care of all local regulations, payroll, taxes on their behalf. This benifits me by allowing me to continue working full-time for my US company while still being employed legaclly in inida. My salary, taxes, benifits, leave managament are handled correctly and on time. Multiplier makes it possible for me to ramein a proper employee, not a contractor. What I appreciate most about Multiplier is their support team. They are always very accommodating. For example, I recently needed to request a wet-signed copy of my COE and company ID, as these were required for my housing loan application. Christopher was extremely helpful throughout the process. There isn’t much to dislike about Multiplier, but I do have a suggestion for improvement, particularly regarding how users contact the support team. It would be helpful if this feature were integrated into the portal, so that chat history could be kept in one place.
