So, if there was ever something I questioned or needed help with, they were there and just one click away. **What do you dislike about MSuvey?** Occasionally, I had a few pages that took awhile to download. It may of had to do more with my internet connection though. Nothing else to dislike! All kinds of companies can benefit from allowing customers to answer questions and use MSurvey so make them better companies. **What problems is MSuvey solving and how is that benefiting you?** MSurvey has helped us solve certain student issues and user complaints. It is a very easy and smooth way to communicate with those whom you need answers, to better serve them. ### 2.
