**What do you like best about MSuvey?**

What I like best about MSurvey and the company Ajua is mainly how this company works on keeping an open line of communication between them and us, customers . So, if there was ever something I questioned or needed help with, they were there and just one click away.

**What do you dislike about MSuvey?**

Occasionally, I had a few pages that took awhile  to download. It may of had to do more with my internet connection though. Nothing else to dislike! All kinds of companies can benefit from allowing customers to answer questions and use MSurvey so make them better companies.

**What problems is MSuvey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MSurvey has helped us solve certain student issues and user complaints. It is a very easy and smooth way to communicate with those whom you need answers, to better serve them.

**What do you like best about MSuvey?**

They are really customer focused. Interacting with individuals within the company about the program with any questions I have is a breeze.

**What do you dislike about MSuvey?**

Being new sometimes things can be a little slow  i.e. downloads etc.

**What problems is MSuvey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to help and serve my customers easier makes my job easier. It's fantastic!

The way customers interact with the program is easy to receive feedback

**What do you dislike about MSuvey?**

There is no support for my language, so far the only complaint.

**Recommendations to others considering MSuvey:**

Because it is easy to use it saves time, unlike the others I have used, it brings confidence when creating polls and surveys

**What problems is MSuvey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication with customers has become easier, now that I know exactly where I'm going wrong, this makes the job much easier.
