I have been using MSP360 Backup for over nine years to back up all my files, including notebooks, photos, and movies, and I have never found anything better. I especially like the ease of use and the reliability of the tool. Another feature I appreciate is the version control, which works particularly well. MSP360 is truly versatile. It allows backups to a local USB drive, NAS, or directly to the cloud. The interface is straightforward, making it easy to set up your backup routine and schedule it according to your preferences. Implementing the 3-2-1 backup strategy with my cloud provider is simple. I perform daily backups and don't have to worry about them, as the process runs in the background. There's no need to manually start the program unless I want to, since the automation works very well. If necessary, you can even link backups together using simple rules. There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to using the program. While it isn't too difficult, I would suggest taking some time to familiarize yourself with the various options before you begin backing up. Doing so can help you save both time and disk space in the long run. The GUI looks good, but it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. I also found it somewhat confusing to locate the different settings for the program itself. You need to use the dropdown menu and select 'options,' since the 'settings' found under the tools tab do not actually open the program's main settings. It is not clear whether the backup software can span volumes, meaning it is uncertain if it will prompt for additional media when the current one is full. Additionally, there is no support for tape drives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a powerful backup / restore system without the super complex requirements. I am able to backup a file server to an immuatable cloud storage, then restore to a different machine on a different network. This is perfect for disaster recovery.

There are options for almost any backup need, file or image backup, SQL, VM, server, PC, pricing is great and I find the software to be reliable and easy to manage. I tried several system image backup solutions and CloudBerry seems to be the most flexible and the cleanest backup software with intuitive UI that unlike many of the other ones are not dumbed down to attract novice users. Minor issue but here and there I notice English mistakes in the UI such as using "operation system" instead of "Operating System" or "by security reasons" instead of "for security reasons", that I think come from translations to English.
