With the critical date reminders and comprehensive data fields we are able to stay on top of our locations needs and ensure that we do not miss any necessary deadlines. We appreciate the timely manner that our questions are always addressed by the customer support team, and their willingness to provide as many solutions as possible. Prior to using Prolease we would have to deep dive on a lease to find the property management information or language regarding extending our term. Prolease is a simple way to oraganize and track all aspects of a lease. Contains everything needed to easily find the important information the document provides. When run a report, always have to go back to the report template via main report listing, and fill out the filter form again. Dislike too many screens compared to other lease management softwares that are able to show all details on single screen. Recommendations to others considering MRI ProLease: Overall, MRI supports are good. The product itself is a little disappointing. Some problems that are slowing down business operation: ProLease is unable to show current rent based on lease start date, unable to capture rent in reports for monthly holdover lease, CPI has to be manually updated etc. Issues was reports more than ten months and still being resolved. I have been using prolease since few months now, prolease have been working really well for me. With the use of pro lease our team was able to keep track of all the tenants and the leasing process.
