Our company manages almost 100 locations and all with their respective legal documents. With the critical date reminders and comprehensive data fields we are able to stay on top of our locations needs and ensure that we do not miss any necessary deadlines. We appreciate the timely manner that our questions are always addressed by the customer support team, and their willingness to provide as many solutions as possible. **What do you dislike about MRI ProLease?** It would be helpful if more of the features were available under the same software purchase. We could make use of the project management tools, but since it is an additional cost we do not utilize it. **What problems is MRI ProLease solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to see all of the data from our leases at a glance at any time. Prior to using Prolease we would have to deep dive on a lease to find the property management information or language regarding extending our term. With Prolease those data points are not only easily accessible, but also prompted by email alarms to ensure we do not miss anything. ### 2. Eg. When run a report, always have to go back to the report template via main report listing, and fill out the filter form again. Dislike too many screens compared to other lease management softwares that are able to show all details on single screen. Dislike the need to create new subspace if there was change of rent due to market review. **Recommendations to others considering MRI ProLease:** Overall, MRI supports are good. The product itself is a little disappointing. For those who are considering taking the software, ask for long trial access and do not jump into a contract straight away. **What problems is MRI ProLease solving and how is that benefiting you?** Some problems that are slowing down business operation: ProLease is unable to show current rent based on lease start date, unable to capture rent in reports for monthly holdover lease, CPI has to be manually updated etc. Issues was reports more than ten months and still being resolved. ### 8. It really streamlined and organized the rental handling process. Without this program it would have been a lot more work, and there would've been a lot more room for errors. It did everything we used it for without a problem. The hardest part was learning where everything was and how it worked. The customer care is excellent and any time I had an issue it was resolved in a timely matter and you can tell the support staff is invested in the product they put out there. I have used this product for around 1/2 years now and it makes the lease process streamlined and hassle free. It used to take us forever to get everything in order and ProLease made it easier than ever. **What do you dislike about MRI ProLease?** I really cannot think of any substancial negatives to this product. I don't really like the color scheme of the layouts but what does that matter. **Recommendations to others considering MRI ProLease:** I would consider looking at what other leasing products have to offer in terms of pricing, but other than that ProLease is definitely worth considering.
