**What do you like best about MPK Automotive Systems?**

It can store all customers' and vehicles' pictures in the central database which helps to easily identify a client and his or her required services. It is also very informative and has less technicalities. The reports are also easily and nicely displayed on the screen.

**What do you dislike about MPK Automotive Systems?**

It would be better if some upgrading was done to the dashboard. 

**What problems is MPK Automotive Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us to avoid transaction errors since its database is good at storing all customers' history and transactions too. It has also made our work easier since all the reports can be sent via fax or email to the relevant recipients.
