I like that Moz is a centralized place to see all your local listings in one place. Definitely makes it easier than having to manually check - especially for the non-Google/Yelp/etc. smaller sites I wouldn't think to visit. The interface is easy to understand for users and it's very simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In my time using Moz I noticed a lot of random issues with it. It would flag certain things, but then when I'd go to update them it wouldn't exist. It's also hard to justify spending on it repeatedly when...honestly, the listings don't change much. Realistically, for most businesses you really only need to use it once initially to get everything set up, and then maybe every 6 months or so as things break. It's not necessarily worth the ongoing cost unless you're a large company with multiple locations. I work at an agency and most of our clients were small, with only one store/location. For them, the view in Moz was pretty much the same month over month.
Really the only tool we would use regularly would be the customer feedback tab...but you can also log directly into Google/Yelp/et. all for free so for some clients it was hard to justify the ongoing cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
