**What do you like best about Moxo?**

Our team at Mass Inbound has been using Moxo for almost two years now, and it’s become an essential part of how we manage and deliver projects. The platform has completely streamlined the way we communicate with clients, organize tasks, and keep our internal team aligned.

Before Moxo, project updates and client communication were scattered across emails and multiple tools. Now, everything happens in one place — from client onboarding to project delivery. The client portals make our process look professional and organized, and our team always knows exactly where things stand.

We’ve also found their support team to be responsive and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve had questions or needed guidance.

**What do you dislike about Moxo?**

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. The platform runs smoothly and has everything we need for managing projects and client communication. The only feature we wish it had is a built-in timer for tasks so our team could track how long certain projects or activities take. It’s a small thing, but it would make time management and reporting even more powerful.

**What problems is Moxo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moxo has helped us completely streamline our project management and client communication process. Before using it, our team juggled multiple tools, emails, and chats to keep projects moving — which often led to missed details or delays.

Now, everything from client onboarding to task updates and file sharing happens in one central place. It’s made our workflows much more organized, our team more accountable, and our clients more informed and confident in our process. Overall, Moxo has improved our efficiency, transparency, and professionalism across the board.

**What do you like best about Moxo?**

Moxo has been a game-changer for our team’s onboarding process. Before we implemented it, we had to rely on a number of manual steps and scattered tools to get new partners onboarded, which was both time-consuming and prone to bottlenecks.

With Moxo, we now have a streamlined, centralized platform where all of our onboarding documents and workflows live. It has eliminated repetitive manual tasks and saved me countless hours of administrative work. One of the biggest benefits is how it enables collaboration—different team members can easily step into the workflow when needed, ensuring nothing gets stuck waiting on one person.

I also want to highlight the excellent support we’ve received from our Customer Success Manager, Pratik Chauhan. He has been incredibly responsive and helpful in making sure we’re getting the most out of the platform, which has made the transition and adoption process smooth and effective.

Overall, Moxo has made our onboarding process significantly more efficient, organized, and collaborative. It’s a tool that has truly transformed how we manage partner onboarding.

**What do you dislike about Moxo?**

While Moxo has greatly improved our onboarding workflows, my one frustration is with the limitations of the base plan. The inability to use connectors, such as integrating with our CRM or Google Drive, creates extra work and forces us to manage some information outside of Moxo. Having these integrations included, even at a basic level, would make the platform far more powerful and reduce the need for manual duplication of data.

**What problems is Moxo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moxo is helping us eliminate the inefficiencies of a manual onboarding process. Previously, we had to manage partner onboarding across multiple tools and communication channels, which created unnecessary back-and-forth and wasted time. With Moxo, everything is centralized in one platform—documents, workflows, and communications—which saves me hours of manual work each week.

It also ensures smoother collaboration across our team. Different stakeholders can be pulled into the workflow exactly where they’re needed, without creating bottlenecks or losing visibility. The result is a much more organized, efficient, and scalable onboarding process that benefits both our internal team and our partners.

We are absolutely delighted with the app created for us — the result has far exceeded our expectations. The range of functions and capabilities is truly impressive; it’s remarkable how thoughtfully everything has been designed to fit our needs so seamlessly.
Equally outstanding has been the level of service and support we received throughout the process. The team’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made the entire experience not only efficient but also an absolute pleasure. Their responsiveness and kindness at every stage reflected a rare level of customer care that deserves recognition.

Moxo helps me consistently solve communication issues with our clients through the application they have built for us, 
They have now developed Moxo Flows for an even smother form of communication, and it has helped our business grow exponentially,
They have truly set us up for success!

**What do you like best about Moxo?**

We currently use the Moxo app to communicate with some of our clients, sharing updates and collateral with them. They’re even able to sign their onboarding documents through the app when they join their brokerage, which is incredibly useful. The ability to brand our app - and for two of our clients to brand their own - is great. We've found it to be a handy way for them not only to respond to us and provide feedback, but also to communicate with each other. Real estate agents are inundated with emails, so the app has been a valuable tool for cutting through the noise and helping our clients focus on the communications we send.

The apps are easy to use, and onboarding for us and our clients have been very smooth, every time.

**What do you dislike about Moxo?**

I don't have anything negative to say, our support team is responsive, they listen to our requests, and action them quickly.

**What problems is Moxo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work with real estate agents, and they receive a lot of emails on a daily basis. The apps solved this, by being the main communication platform. We are able to send agents collateral for their listings that we created, set up team meetings, create reminders for them to approve collateral, get them to sign their onboarding documents when they join within the app, and do their onboarding call. One of the most important things we considered when looking at developers was that the documents we need the agents to sign contains sensitive information, and thus needed to have great built in security, which is what we have now.

**What do you like best about Moxo?**

I appreciate the enhanced client experience and the user-friendly design. Being able to customize forms and notifications for our clients has been extremely valuable for our team. Additionally, the customer support team has been very responsive and a reliable resource whenever I need assistance.

**What do you dislike about Moxo?**

There have been a few times when I wished the product offered some unique features and functions that could better support our team. However, the customer support team has consistently listened to my feedback and assured me that they are continually working to enhance the product and introduce new features for users.

**What problems is Moxo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moxo has allowed me to move all client communication away from text messaging, providing a much more professional and streamlined user experience. Additionally, their automated features have enabled me to shift tasks that I used to handle weekly to a monthly schedule, making my workflow more efficient.

**What do you like best about Moxo?**

Moxo was so helpful in assisting with the development of a private label platform for client management. I am not a technical person at all when it comes to developer accounts, and the team was always available or just a chat away. Abhishek Kulkarni was a fantastic team member, always responsive and remembering details about me and my business that made me feel more than just a number. Moxo is easy to use, and for over two years, I used this platform every day to manage my client flows. I also did not need to contact customer service very often. There were no technical issues with the platform at any time and they are wonderful with remiding me of what steps I needed to take. We really worked as a team and I will always appreciate the company for helping me scale the business!

**What do you dislike about Moxo?**

Nothing! I have no criticism only praise!

Client management and onboarding in a structured process.

I love the ability to track all steps of a task and keep information secure and organized. This provides peace of mind knowing sensitive data is safe and accessible. I also appreciate the organized file management, which keeps essential information in one place securely.

**What do you dislike about Moxo?**

{"The setup process was straightforward but lacked options, as there was only one format available and I couldn't choose how I wanted to view things.","Moxo is becoming more of a problem than a benefit because it's not centralized; if all clients used Moxo, it would be great, but since most are still using text and email, it becomes challenging to use Moxo effectively.","There's a challenge with using both Moxo and Google Business as they don't integrate seamlessly, requiring me to manage data in two separate places rather than one.","The integration with Google Business, especially with the calendar feature, is not seamless, making file and document management between Moxo and Google more cumbersome than needed."}

I find Moxo secure for sensitive data and beneficial for tracking tasks and organizing files, but integration issues with other platforms make it challenging.

I love how easy to use and to integrate with other platforms the portal is. The customer support/development team is fantastic and very knowledgeable!

I have not found any dislikes at this time.

A centralized location for clients to submit documents safely, visually follow the timeline of our loan process and for all documents to be stored for the same client for the next opportunity.

It integrates with most of our other systems. Our clients love the interface and it is extremely user friendly! Pratik and many others have been extraordinarily helpful in helping my migrate and set up the best platform for our team and clients.
