Mountain Goat Reviews & Product Details

Mountain Goat is order entry and order management software that turns emailed customer purchase orders into clean, reviewed order data without rekeying. Built for B2B manufacturers, distributors, and industrial suppliers, Mountain Goat is the order desk for teams that receive customer POs by email, PDF, and spreadsheet and have to manually read, match, and enter them into an ERP. Instead of retyping every order, your customer service and order-entry team reviews only what needs attention: missing fields, low-confidence data, duplicate POs, revisions, and unmatched items. Mountain Goat captures purchase orders from Gmail, Outlook, or manual upload, uses AI to extract PO headers and line items, cross-references customer part numbers to your item master, and flags exceptions before the order reaches your ERP. Every extracted field stays linked to its source document, so you get a full audit trail and traceability from received PO to exported order.
