What do you like best about Motion?

Motion helps me to keep all of the tasks I have at hand on my calendar. I'm not always able to get to everything but Motion will reschedule it for me. I'm also able to look at my calendar to see if there is just one more thing I can do in a day instead of mindlessly trying to figure out what to do or quitting early. The calendar unification and auto-scheduling capabilities were truly revolutionary when they came out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motion?

The product's aimless development over the last year, leading to terrible bloat. The UI is still just as janky/crusty/clunky as it was when I signed up two years ago. Instead of polishing their product, the team went to chase trends instead. Motion in 2026 is turning into a lousy low-rent ClickUp clone (despite the fact that ClickUp is cheaper.)
