In a few cases, it's been an improvement. But I get no notices, or messages from the developer about these upcoming changes, and I'm expected to fend for myself to learn my way around a new look and feel. **What problems is Moon Invoice solving and how is that benefiting you?** I work as a computer support/repair tech and sell both services and products. Moon Invoice has what I need to track all of these activities. I also contract for periodic maintenance and support under retainer with clients, and it is legitimately hard to find a time tracking/billing app that allows me to easily track when I pre-bill for service and deduct from that balance. Moon invoice has it. Much better since November 2020. **What problems is Moon Invoice solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's the second year I renew the licence because it allows me to issue complete invoices without paying high sums. The search feature which allows us to easily access past records. The older version often has updates that are time consuming. It is not possible to see if the client has viewed the invoice. The PayPal feature was taken away which was very convenient for method of payment. **Recommendations to others considering Moon Invoice:** This system has it all, time logs, expenses, payment, credit notes, purchase and taxes.
