It's not user-friendly. The analytics was quite basic and you can see more in Google Analytics. The market certainly over promises so it wasn't what we needed at all. MonsterInsights was supposed to provide us with insights into visitors for our website and what they were interacting with / downloading. However, the information is very basic and you're better off using Google Analytics.
