**What do you like best about Monitorpack Guard?**

Free fully functional Demo. The ease of setup and scalability should you need to grow/shrink your installation. You can connect multiple data collectors, networks, and architectures and have a NOC dashboard as well as a granular view of each switch if needed.

**What do you dislike about Monitorpack Guard?**

It is not inexpensive, and requires a bit of investment to use properly. Be ready for this, and you will love the features. Additional servers are not cheap, so choose your deployment wisely and cover what's needed.

**Recommendations to others considering Monitorpack Guard:**

I would suggest to definitely go for this product. You have the option to evaluate and see for yourself.

**What problems is Monitorpack Guard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

General network overview to see how all connections are operating and track down latency/service issues. There is the ability to fix deep networking issues with VoIP and packet loss due to distance and electromagnetic interference (EMI). Customer 'ghosts' that otherwise would be very hard to track down. Allows us to prove certain services are causing issues.
