**What do you like best about Monark?**

The mix of platforms - online learning and meeting with others on Zoom.

**What do you dislike about Monark?**

Nothing really. For the price, it's a good investment. Not sure how the AI comes in but I am sure we will get there.

**Recommendations to others considering Monark:**

The facilitator is wonderful and caring, eliciting thoughtful conversation. It's valuable having a chance to talk to other leaders, all at varying stages of their careers. You won't find an experience like this in many other places.

**What problems is Monark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meeting other leaders in a small setting to discuss common issues is quite important and hard to come by otherwise. This platform allows for that exchange of ideas.
