If you're a business that needs your service up and running 24 hours, this is not the company for you. In addition, the expectations they set during onboarding for how long the port would take was wrong. Find a more mature company and ask about their support hours. **What problems is Mogli solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've been using SMS to communicate with new and existing students. Mogli SMS is our vendor to facilitate this communication. ### 3. I have also really enjoyed the Mogli team and their willingness and ability to create solutions that work for us. **What do you dislike about Mogli?** I think from my end; the WhatsApp integration is lacking. I would like to see more flexibility in that regard, as well as the SMS integration on the mobile app with Salesforce. **What problems is Mogli solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving lag time on communications with prospective students, resulting in a higher applicant conversion rate. ### 4. The ability to build workflows to send off text messages or even capture information in a text conversation to create leads is super! Customer Support with Mogli is top notch. Usually issues are resolved within the hour after submitting a request. **What do you dislike about Mogli?** Some things can be a little more difficult to set up but their tech support is super about helping. Once you begin to understand how the program is designed on the back end it is easy to use. **Recommendations to others considering Mogli:** Have a good idea of the quantity of numbers that you want. Numbers are able to be shared by employees but notifications of replies can then become confusing. Also, set up a single number for bulk messages that is an unmonitored box. **What problems is Mogli solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to log the communications that take place between company reps and customers. The accountability of having it within the system to ensure that reps are connected with the ability to protect our company while providing a history of the chat is the solution we needed. We also allow all users to see what has been said in the chat by other users. ### 5. There is a very thorough user guide and accompanying videos as well. This product has helped us streamline our marketing communications. We have been able to automate a number of messages allowing our team to save time. **What do you dislike about Mogli?** It can be a bit of a learning curve if you are new to Salesforce. There are a lot of little details you have to make sure you don't miss. **Recommendations to others considering Mogli:** If you are wanting to streamline your texting effort Mogli is definitely the tool for you. It also allows for one to one communications on each record, making breezing historical conversations a breeze. There are many ways to use merge fields and automate general text messages. The best part is definitely the Support team. They are available frequently for any issues you may run into. There is definitely a learning curve, but once you get through that the system is a breeze. **What problems is Mogli solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to track and automate a number of text messages. We can see all historical conversation data within a contact. Everything is in one spot which is great for auditing. ### 6.
