I find Mogli easy to use and it's straightforward to train people on it. The support team is great, and their documentation is helpful. As an implementation partner, it's beneficial for us to be able to set it up and train clients easily. Clients can adopt Mogli without much technical knowledge, which is a plus. The initial setup, especially when integrating with Salesforce, was pretty simple and straightforward. The support from Mogli made the whole process even smoother.
The native Salesforce integration works exactly as you'd expect, with SMS/MMS messaging living right inside our existing workflow without any clunky workarounds. Ease of use and a responsive support team are big standouts too.
