What i liked best about his Professional Sales Training, his ability to identify opportunities in sales collateral that is currently used  in sales presentation and recommending minor changes that will make an impact when presenting to prospective clients.

**What do you like best about Modern Sales Training?**

Derek is truly a master of sales and I highly recommend his course offerings to individuals that are sales veterans or to people starting their sales career. His courses deliver the information you need to separate yourself from the pack of other sales reps within your industry.

Nothing - everything was on point and valuable.

Derek’s courses provide you with an entire prospecting system and offers an outstanding blend of practical sales advise and mindset training. A sampling of the topics that I found most helpful include:

It is not a secret that you can find some theory about sales in tons of books. Fundamental principles are same as 20 years ago, only techniques and technologies have been changed.
And that is why Sales In 21 Days program helped me so much. I worked as a sales rep 8 years ago and since that have changed different positions in Procurement and Marketing. But life goes on and now I have to come back to cold calls and selling over the phone. 
I did it well, but.. that was a very long time ago. If Leo DiCaprio would have stopped acting for 10 years, he would not be awesome after this time. Hope you got my idea. 

Thanks to internet, I found this program and in a very shirt time it helped me refresh basic sales principles in my head and.. GET NEW SALES TECHNIQUES which are really working since I started using Derek's tips. 
I am not a native english speaker (as you probably see from tons of grammar mistakes in this text), but thanks to Derek - I can cold call and sell without hesitation that I'm saying something wrong. 
Derek's program helped me built an outreach system and a talk track. And it was very simple because after the course I was 100% sure what I am doing an why.

Thanks again for this program. 
All those who have doubts - HAVE NO DOUBTS!!! If you want to be a pro in cold calling, Sales in 21 Days is the shortest way to success.

I run my own property management company and needed help with my marketing/sales team. They were struggling with their prospecting and we needed help getting creative. The Sales in 21 Days program was exactly what we needed!

**What do you like best about Modern Sales Training?**

My favorite part of the Sales in 21 Days program is the creativity and highly accurate approach. There are so many nuggets that help with cold calling, prospecting and proposals and my sales/marketing team continue to go back, again and again!

**What do you dislike about Modern Sales Training?**

The only thing we dislike is how much we dragged our feet! We should have done this a long time ago!

**What problems is Modern Sales Training solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The challenge we were trying to face was getting more renters in our properties. We were loosing out on several thousands in rent and we were stuck. By signing up and going thru the 21 Days program, we have not only blown our budget goal out of the water, but we have new tools that will ensure we do not hit a valley again!

I recently took on a leadership role with a young group of sales professionals.  The team had learnt in the field, without any formal sales coaching or training.  Derek and the Sales In 21 Days program has helped take a group of good sellers and turn them into great sellers.

**What do you like best about Modern Sales Training?**

Great practical techniques and informative material that can be put to use immediately.  The sessions are in bite sizes chunks and easy to consume.  Derek's delivery style is clear, concise, and he introduces plenty of examples and stories that make the content relatable.

Derek's prospecting methodologies helped my Sales Development colleagues build more effective call scripts and outreach flows.  He has helped my Sales colleagues hone their objection handling skills.  Just two of many areas we have been able to refine since participating in a number of Sales in 21 Days training courses.

**What do you dislike about Modern Sales Training?**

Nothing, you only wish you could hire Derek into your sales team!

Don't just look, book! Investing in your most important asset, your employees will return dividends, especially when it's your sales professionals!

Cold Calling in particular can be one of the most terrifying, humiliating and emotionally exhausting experiences you can ever place on your to do list if you are doing it wrong. 

Thankfully with a great mentor like Derek you don't need to worry about any of the above.

If you are tasked with hunting for new business for your own company or if you are a working for a company that you don't own yourself this course will change your life in many ways.

Firstly Derek will teach you the right way to Cold Call so you will be looked at as a professional business person instead of an amateur time waster.

Secondly once you learn this valuable hunting skill you will be able to approach your dream contacts you want to engage with, be it for business or on a personal level.

I have known Derek for a few years now and his course has literally changed my life and I can only say "If you want to be able to engage with anyone in business or in your personal life, acquire his course today, don't wait another second!". Derek was my first professional sales mentor. Since 2016, he and I have kept in touch as we've both moved on from our the original company we've met at to discuss ideas and get additional mentoring and coaching from him as I continue to accelerate my career. 

Sales in 21 Days can be an intro or refresher course for your sales team to get them energized and focused on the bigger picture of the important tactics to deploy in sales cycles. 

Whether your sales team struggles with top of the funnel, discovery or closing, this training provides a 360 degree view to ensure that everything is covered.

**What do you like best about Modern Sales Training?**

Derek's a true veteran with a multitude of years training sales reps in companies of all sizes. I am a living testament to his skill and expertise as I've been able to elevate my sales career to be where I am today. The best part is not the technical training; it's the mental training. People need to understand that sales is 100% mental. A good mindset, attitude and mental fortitude is the most important aspect and Derek is the best person to make sure your reps start formulating this in their own ways.

**What do you dislike about Modern Sales Training?**

No dislikes, but I'd love to see Derek engage in some webinars or video conferences with customers/sales leaders to talk about the challenges and/or strategies as the world we live in continues to evolve from a buying and procurement standpoint. The podcasts are amazing; but this would be a nice supplemental way of showcasing his training and inherent value he brings to the table.

It can be a multitude of problems:
1. Training a new sales team
2. A training refresher for a slumping or stagnant sales team
3. Focusing on aspects that may be overlooked (i.e. mental mindset, discovery, closing tactics)

Our business slowed because of Covid and our sales reps were working remotely so we thought why not empower our experienced sales reps with some sales training.  We found Sales in 21 Days and reached out to Derek and determined it was a good fit for our company culture.  My company has experienced sales reps with over 15 years of Sales Experience so we wanted to build on their existing sales skills and get them back to the basics.  Sales in 21 Days exceeded our expectations.

**What do you like best about Modern Sales Training?**

We liked  that the sales course was online and our reps could complete during the day or at night when their schedule allowed.  And if they had questions Derek was just a phone call away.

Our reps had nothing negative to say about the program.

We found our experienced sales reps were stuck in their own/old ways of prospecting and moving a client through the sales process. I've known Derek from before "Sales in 21 Days". So I know of his background as a Director of Sales Training from a Fortune 500 company - and I know that he really knows his stuff. And I know him to be helpful, engaging and just an all around great guy. In other words, my expectations were high.

Sales in 21 days, is a back to basics sales course, focusing on the fundamentals of selling and the sales cycle.  
It covers everything from how to find and understand your client, how to identify their challenges and pain points and how to add value to your client by actually solving their problem. Derek belongs to one of the modern sales trainers who believe in consultative training - where it's not just about making a sale, but about making a difference; That the most succesful sales people and businesses are the ones that successfully solve the problems of their clients.  
 
Sales in 21 days is a great program to align the sales training within your team, update your sales skills and to get everyone ready to modern sales. Very highly recommended.

Derek has decades of experience training real sales reps in a Fortune 500 company. This means that he knows exactly what problems most reps encounter. Often you'll think of a question when going through the material, just to have Derek answer the question shortly after, clearly due to his long experience as a sales trainer.

Nothing, really. Sales in 21 days is targeted at individuals. But I've reached out to Derek to inquire if it would be possible to create separate training program for teams, and that seems to be a possibility as well.

Highly recommended. Derek's knowledge about how to get the best out of sales training is impressive, and he is a pleasure to work with.

This training course is a great road map for how to improve your sales skills and the sales results of your team. Of course you'll have to practice what you've learnt and apply your new skills, but with this sales training you're sure to see results.

I am always looking to reach the next level in my sales abilities. This course helped me achieve more in short period of time than I have in years.

Every company I have worked at has offered a sales training course, but they are always led by people that either don't sell, or have not sold anything in years. It is clear that this is not the case with Derek. He knows what it's like to have feet on the street and deal with the regular rejection that comes with cold calling.

I can't honestly say there was anything I disliked.

I like that Derek presents the information in a clear concise manner while using metaphors and real examples to emphasize his points.
