**What do you like best about Mobile Support Management?**

It is easy to orient new employees with the help of checklists that show how to use our company app with Mobile Support Management. This has helped to decrease the amount of basic support enquiries that we get.

**What do you dislike about Mobile Support Management?**

There is no smooth mechanism by which one can get in touch with a user’s device to fix the issue on the fly.  We have to use screenshots and messaging and it can be very slow, especially when it comes to tech issues.

**What problems is Mobile Support Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tutorials of AetherPal have helped to decrease the volume of the initial questions that we get from users, thus my team can address more intricate problems. We do not have strong remote support tools to address complex problems effectively and efficiently.
